A Wonderful Stay
Our family of seven greatly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The owners have done a wonderful job of making the home family friendly and comfortable. There was lots of space to cook, play games, and a spacious backyard where we spent most of our evening. Some of the highlights included the location, hottub, outdoor seating with firepit, bar kit for making cocktails, and the welcome gift we received. If there was a downside it would probably only be that the beds could use replacing, but even that didn’t stop us from loving our stay. We 100% would love to come back again someday. This is a wonderful stay at a reasonable price point.

Great location
This property is right in between lake Muskegon and Lake Michigan (right near Pere Marquette). We took our dog and went on neighborhood walks and found plenty of trails to get us down to Kruse park where you can have your dog on the beach. We also went to PJ hoffmaster state park and did hikes down there. It was beautiful to be near the water. Even though you can't see the water from the home, you are very close!

We had a wonderful stay. The house and yard were perfect. The location was amazing, a 10 minute walk to the beach and the host was very responsive throughout the process, before and during our stay. Will definitely come back again.

Family Getaway
Stayed here in Sept for family vacation and fishing trip. Well supplied home with things to enjoy your stay on the premises, or trip to the beach. Everything was newer and in great condition. Host was very responsive.

Wonderful indoor/outdoor spaces, room to spread out, and a short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and wagon made it easy to spend the day enjoying the beautiful wide open beach. Beach toys, bikes and games for entertainment. Highly recommend this property for families!

The house was so nice and cozy! Loved the outdoor area! It was so nice to just hang out outside and have our dog be able to roam unleashed in the fenced area. We had deer visit us every night also!

Nice house on the hill
We stayed here for the weekend. Super clean with a lot of amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub and would love to return in the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor kitchen. The host was really communicative and left a really nice gift for us too! Also really close to the Pere Marquette Beach. We would stay again.

Amazing winter get away!
I visited for a ladies weekend and we loved this place! The hot tub was wonderful. We visited the indoor farmer’s market and some other shops. Both Pints and Quarts and Curry Kitchen were delicious restaurants. We enjoyed hiking around the lake at Dune Harbor Park and it was a beautiful 45 minute loop. The house was well stocked and immaculate!

Overall we loved the property, the host was very kind and thoughtful. A couple of the gals complaints were walking up the stairs. I however enjoyed the steps as an added benefit for activity from our lounge around weekend. I would definitely stay again, loved the location and it had everything we needed.

Nice Place in the Suburbs
The house was great the back yard was awesome. I'm used to renting in a more country setting but this was set up nicely and you could almost forget you were in the suburbs. The distance to lake Michigan is very close. I think that's the part I was unsure of when renting but it was a 1 min or less drive. One thing that was a bit of an issue is that I didn't realize you had to pay extra for a pet but you do. Overall very nice stay.

New Years get away
The condo was wonderful. We had kids home from college and my mom came as well. We enjoyed near by hikes. We loved coming back to have a fire and the hot tub. The lights outside were a beautiful touch!!! The dining room area was perfect to play nightly board games. We will definitely be back. This was a wonderful place to wrap up 2023!!! The host was wonderful and prompt!

Proximity and Patio
This place is great, any time of year. While our November visit was chilly, this stay at the house warmed up our weekend. The close proximity to trails and walking the beach was great as we caught one of the best sunsets I can recall. And coming back to the expertly stocked patio with the hot tub and solo fire pit and grill was the perfect way to close out the day.

Very clean with lots of amenities in a great location
We stayed on a family trip and had a great time. The gift. Add was unexpected and appreciated as we ate almost every meal at the deck. The owners had everything a family could ask for: extra towels, bikes, locks, beach toys, etc. highly recommend for a family looking to vacation on Lake Michigan!

Beauty near the Beach
My husband and I rented for a summer weekend - the proximity to the beach drew us in and the gorgeous home and plentiful amenities inspired us to book this weekend getaway in Muskegon. Initially when we booked, we had another couple intending to stay-turns out, we had the entire home to ourselves. Truthfully I think 3 couples would be able to stay comfortably. This home inspired us to cook in-a gorgeous kitchen and a huge grill space: need I say more? Oh I will! After dinner, s’mores are a sure thing while sitting around the wonderful campfire. We only had a few nights to spend so we will safe our fire for next visit! Thanks again!

Nice property. Owner Alicia immediately available and responsive to concerns and very friendly, knowledgeable of the area and gave us good tips for beaches to go to. Shed was full of backyard toys, wagons, bikes and much more which we enjoyed very much! Property very compatible for family get together, we enjoyed the yard and property immensely during our stay.

A great relaxing week along the shore of lake Michigan
Our stay in Muskegon was relaxing. The location is perfect. A 10 minute walk to the beach, right along the bike/walking path. Minutes, on foot, away from parks, tennis, both lakes Michigan and Muskegon. A short car ride from restaurants, bars and grocery shopping. The whole family was more than comfortable at the location. Everything you need for our stay was present, one shopping trip and we had all the food we wanted for the week. The home has all modern conveniences, was comfortable, quiet and spacious. The yard is wonderful and a great place to spend relaxing time. Our dog, Rocco, gives it 2 dewclaws up. Easy access to the doggy beach was a big plus. we would definitely stay at this location again!

We had a great relaxing time with the family. The hot tub was perfect, the backyard had everything needed, the bikes were a plus and we enjoyed the games that were there too. Nice quiet relaxing place. We enjoyed dinner with the gift card they left for us too. Over all great time.
