Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great quick getaway in the winter.

The check-in process gave us the wrong door code which we then had to return and argue that we were doing it correctly. When issued a new code the door worked on the first try. The #5 on the face plate for the lock had issues and would stick causing trouble throughout the stay with getting back into the room. Overall the place was clean and well kept.

Property was not as advertised. Door lock. On the room did not work in room safe did not work.Paint was peeling off the ceiling and the carpet was dirty. Staff on property could not have cared less about issues we were having, And trying to reach out to the people at. VACASA was a complete waste of time. Booked place from Friday to Monday and left on Saturday.

Nice condo good location

This condo was nice and suited our needs well. We had a little problem the first couple days with our keypad entry but after that, all went well. The services at the resort were very prompt and friendly. It would have been nice to have a small washer/dryer in the condo but there was laundry available on resort property. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and a few stores and eating places which was a plus.

Good room but several items in listing missing: no hairdryer, no oven mitts so can’t take dinner OUT of the oven, only one towel in the kitchen for dishes and hands. We were asked to start the dishwasher after we strip the beds but no dishwasher. Great view from balcony.

No Frills

Basic property. I feel like the property has an identity crisis. It’s not really a condo but it’s not a hotel either. They don’t have any towels or linens in the condo, the front desk supplies those and they offer you fresh ones. There is no dishwasher or washer and dryer in the units. Pretty much every condo we have stayed in offers these things. I know it wasn’t listed for the studio but the communal trash areas at the end of the halls and washer and dryers were not convenient. There was also only one dish towel and no drying rack. Luckily, we ate out for most of our meals. I can’t imagine cooking food in the kitchenette often. We had to lay out the dishes on the stove to complete drying. I would suggest paper plates and cups if you are planning on making a lot of meals. The other issue was with the entire property as they closed off half of the parking garage for cleaning and painting. It was extremely inconvenient and frustrating when they were completely full. It is a decent property for the price you pay. If we were looking for upgrades or comforts of home, we would definitely look elsewhere.
