Great location but room had an odor which mostly likely is due to carpet in rooms. Bathroom shower could be updated especially swing out door where water drips onto the floor and you have to use several towels to keep the water from leaking onto the floor Breakfast buffet was the same everyday with no change in food.

I gave it 5 star I was pleased with friendly staff also The variety of breakfast they had displayed. The only down part was the room was dated, but it was OK and comfortable.

Kim was WONDERFUL! She assisted in checking me in when i had an issue with my booking online! Kim was very knowledgeable and went about and beyond to make sure my stay was good. The hotel was clean, as well as the pool area and there were various choices for breakfast options.

Hotel lied about giving back my refund and had it recorded, will never stay there again... The general manager anna rogers lied right in my face telling she would refund one stay because i had to check up a day early because of death in the family.

We had a good time - this hotel was close to everything we needed including Broadway, Sports centers and museums and the beach! The only concern we had was the smell in the room which smelled like mold/mildew/dampness. We bought spray and plug ins and it didn’t do much. We suffered through but I wouldn’t stay here again for fear all of the rooms may be this way. The hallways and lobby smells great, I believe it is select rooms.

Close to ballpark, and central Location to Broadway, Beaches, and Waterpark. Quiet location tucked away with easy and ample parking. We would stay here again.
