Had to pay a resort fee that was not told when booked. Beds make terrible creaking noises when you move...didnt have enough pillows or towels. Faucet in bathroom was not stable and moved everytime you turned it on. Toilet kept clogging up and we plunged a lot. Looked like a deal but was not wirth it

Staff and management are the most incompetent people I've ever dealt with and I work out of town every week, the desk clerk had a nasty attitude and I wasn't allowed to check in, they kept my security deposit and fee any going to stay at this hotel is in for a bad experience

Absolutely terrible experience
Where to begin…I’ve traveled many places across the US and around the world over the past 35 years and this was the worst night I’ve ever experienced. I don’t mind small mom n pop places as long as they are clean, quiet, and decently maintained. Discovered a t shirt behind the bed and a discarded cup under it when I dropped my phone charger. Also the floor was filthy. Crumbs and sticky beverage spills were present. Fortunately we didn’t see any bugs or rodents although the gap under the patio door would have given them room to scurry in. The faucet in the bathroom wasn’t fastened to the sink. The holes in the wall had been spackled but not painted. We were located on the bottom floor between 4-5 other rooms full of people who were obviously staying there for a family reunion. Loud voices and door slamming well into the night. After 4 phone calls to the front desk, one to the police department and 2 trips back to the check in desk, we were finally moved to another floor so the midnight party could continue as they celebrated in the hall with all their doors propped open so they could yell back and forth between rooms. I wouldn’t stay again if it was free.
