Welcome to our beautiful vacation home! This spectacular, spacious, cozy and clean 2BR/2BA oceanfront unit is located at the Atlantica Resort which is close to all of the major hotspots of the area. This condo features two big bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a large living area with flat screen LED TV, fully equipped kitchen, its own washer and dryer. Basically it has everything you need for your vacation.

Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, and the guest bedroom has two new queen-size beds. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, blender, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator, electric range, and dishwasher.
The professionally decorated living room has a flat screen HD TV, HI-speed wireless internet, a dining table with four chairs, and a queen size sleeper sofa. Linens and towels are provided for 8 guests. There are also washer/dryers in the unit. Everything you need for a great vacation.

The spacious balcony has a table and 4 chairs, is direct Oceanfront and THE VIEWS ARE INCREDIBLE! They are perfect for dolphin watching with your morning coffee and evening wine.

Perfect for early arrivals and/or extra time at the beach before changing clothes on your trip back home.

Atlantica Resort III was built in the heart of Myrtle Beach downtown in 2005 and is one of few newest oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach. MB Boardwalk, MB SkyWheel, Pier 14, Fun Plaza Arcade and Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum are all within a few blocks. It's only half a mile to the Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and Splashes Waterpark. It is about one mile to the Broadway, shopping malls, airport and various attractions. This resort has been a favorite Myrtle Beach vacation destination for many, many years.

November at the beach is always great for us! No crowds and so relaxing. This was a great place to stay for our family. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. Bed was a little hard for my taste, but you can't make everyone happy there. Lots of pillows, towels, and tp! I would definitely stay here again!

Good location and right on the beach
The condo had plenty of space for all of us (4 adults and 2 kids). The two full bathrooms are a huge plus as is the location. The beach is just steps out of the back of the building and the boardwalk is only a couple of minutes walking distance. Broadway on the beach (which we loved) is a couple of minutes driving distance. We didn’t love the esthetics of the building itself, the fact that there was only one elevator for the building and the noise from the upstairs neighbors in the middle of the night but the location and condo itself were great. The host was great about checking in with us and very responsive. The condo had almost everything we needed, including beach toys and chairs and there’s no shortage of grocery stores in the area. The 4 stars (and not 5) is only due to building itself and the noisy neighbors and does not reflect on the condo or the host!

Unforgettable Stay
This location was just as it is described in the description as well as the pictures. The views for the ocean were beautiful, the condo was clean, the owner was communicative from day 1, and everything was fully stocked. We enjoyed using the amenities it offered as well as the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. It is also in an excellent location to walk a short distance to coffee shops, stores, and restaurants that are along the boardwalk. Literally the only thing I would have to complain about, at no fault to the owner at all, would be the smell of cigarette smoke and pot that I constantly had to smell every morning while out on the balcony. I get people need to get their fix but it is supposed to be a smoke free building and unfortunately many people did not abide by that rule. Other than that, I highly recommend this condo while staying in Myrtle Beach!

Overall the place was as advertised. It was filled with friendly people and staff. The only issues that we had were the improperly installed dishwasher and the fact that there were only a few trash bags. This is a small thing, but there was not a pizza cutter at the property. Even with all of the traffic in the building the wait on the elevator wasn't bad. The location was great. Just a few blocks away from the boardwalk and all of the things that come with that. Less than a 10 min walk from a lot of different things to do.

Great condo with spectacular view
The condo was very clean & had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony! We did not use the pools on site, but for families with young children this would be great. Great location on Ocean Blvd & within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Host was great with communication. Would definitely recommend!

Good condo, building needs work
First the good: the condo is spacious, super clean, has everything you need to have a wonderful time, including a fully outfitted kitchen, and the ocean view is incredible. The building is right on the beach, and has multiple pools/hot tubs. And the owner is very responsive and helpful. Now the bad: the condo could use some updating but that doesn’t take away from the enjoyment of it. It does need another lounge chair in the living room and an extra blanket or two. With five of us staying there there isn’t really comfortable seating for five, although there’s plenty of room. The real issue is with the building. We were staying there for spring break and because the gates to the pool area aren’t locked, people not staying at the property just showed up and took over the pools. Guests are all supposed to be wearing wristbands but there’s nobody to enforce the rule. Just like there’s nobody to enforce loud music, yelling and running all night long. Oh and I hope you like the smell of marijuana. Cause even though it’s a smoke free building, supposedly, nobody enforces it and the smell of marijuana is EVERYWHERE, constantly. Bottom line, I wanted to enjoy it but just couldn’t because of the lack of rules being enforced. I wouldn’t stay in this building again.

The unit is fine, as a whole the the building is on the dirty side. Beds were uncomfortable. Unfortunately as soon as we arrived we heard dripping from the AC unit, the drip pan was almost over flowing. We had to turn the unit off and we could never get it restarted so we didn't have AC during our stay. At least it wasn't a hot weekend. We contacted the manager but they weren't able to get anyone out to fix during our stay.
