The living room comes equipped with inviting furnishings and a comfortable recliner right in front of a flatscreen TV with cable, creating the perfect and ultimate spot for relaxation. You'll be staying at the Magnolia Pointe at Myrtlewood, therefore, you'll be granted access to the shared outdoor pool available, a great perk if the beach isn't really your cup of tea.

There won't be any shortage of fun. Not so great - No Wi-Fi or cellular signal.
The experience was not great in this condo. There was absolutely no internet for this condo. The internet they expect you to us is for the community and it does not work. You can see in previous reviews this issue continues to unresolved. When I reached out they advised me to reset a router that did not exist and the issue was never resolved for the entire stay. The place was not clean and roaches were found in the bathroom and kitchen. The couches were stained and not used as they sunk in when you sit on them. I would not recommend this place for the price. We felt dirty the entire time at this condo due to the surroundings. When asking to leave and get a refund, it was declined.

Mediocre stay, minor complaints but overall ok
We stayed for 4 days. 6 adults total. Condo community very nice with 5 pools. About 10 mins from beach. Condo itself was nice but wifi sucked, only could get it to work in the left side of the house. Floor was dirty on arrival if you took your shoes off your feet got very dirty quickly but we found a broom to sweep floors. The shower curtain in the master room is nasty and needs to be changed. The beds are hard as a rock. The dryer vent hadn't been changed in what looked like multiple drys from whoever stayed last. The air filter vent in the condo was super dusty so we opened it and the filter inside was overfilled. It looked like it hadn't been changed in like over a year. We purchased a new one to replace in unit and notified property after our stay. The cable is disconnected in tv in living room. Its a roku tv so you can only use that to watch things but the bedrooms appear to have regular channels. The couches are very used and sunk in when sitting on. Otherwise its very local to town and lots of things to do. Appliances worked fine and they leave a sample of tide for washer and dish soap at sink for use. We brought our own hand soaps for bathrooms and toliet paper. Linens, some kitchen appliances, dishes and towels are included. Pool requires bracelets that are in 1 of the kitchen drawers. We were only asked 1 time by management to see them. There is no life guard on duty though for those that might bring kids. Pool is open 9am-10pm. I don't think the property is worth the price they are charging with the condition of how it is during our stay honestly. Needs some tlc.

Great property and location
The unit was very spacious and clean. Our favorite part was simply the location of the condo, it was a calm and friendly neighborhood and the fact that we had a view of the pond and got to hang around with all of their wild life plenty of ducks and turtles. Definitely coming back here when we visit Myrtle Beach again.

Nice 3 bedrooms. Right next to the pool.
I enjoyed my stay. The only thing wrong is that the coffee table was sticky. I killed two roaches and there was a lot of dog hair on the floor and coffee table. It didn’t come from my dog. We had problem with the pool wrist band. My wife and granddaughter got kick out the pool. The next day someone gave us new pass. In the afternoon. A security guard told. That we didn’t have the right ones. But he wasn’t going to kicks us out. Other than that it’s a good place to stay.

Awesome location, peaceful and quiet community. Perfect for family, and relaxation! The only hiccup was the cleanliness. Couldn’t walk bare feet cause the floor made our feet dirty. Not enough towels, maintenance man had to come out shortly after we got there cause we noticed the bed in the master bedroom was broken. He repaired it, and also was nice enough to bring us a coffee maker since the coffee pot was missing. Other than that it was great, very spacious and comfortable for my family. Would definitely return.
