More information on property in description
We loved the location and condo. However, it would have been helpful to have more information on what was there. There was no mention of beach equipment there so we cramed all of this stuff (chairs,umbrellas, buggie boards, etc) in our car only to find out it was there! The kitchen was the most minimal I have seen. Not even scissors. No basic things like salt and pepper, etc. The description said there was Netflix. It must have been discontinued as we could not get any menu on the TV. There was only a 1 800 number to call. I tried once and got no one.

The view from the windows and balcony was beautiful. The place was clean and well kept. It was located in close proximity to quite a few attractions, restaurants, and stores. It was a great place for a great price. I look forward to booking again on our next trip to myrtle beach. The only thing i would suggest is to keep additional trash bags located in the rental.

I was very disappointed at the building itself. The condo was ok but pics were much better than the real thing. The coffee maker leaks, tv remote in living room was broken so we could not watch that tv at all, front door digital lock key pad sticks making it difficult to enter. When I called regarding these issues I was told I would receive a phone call back and never received a call.

Good location. View is BEAUTIFUL. Condo was a good size for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teens). Bathrooms/Bedrooms were clean. Kitchen was clean. Interior doors and kitchen doors/drawers need wiped down (dirt and grime). Stocked with what you would expect for toilet paper/trash bags, but kitchen items are lacking. No sheet to make a quick frozen pizza for lunch, one frying pan with handle that's almost broken, no blender. From my experience a VRBO is usually stocked better than that. No beach chairs, beach towels or small cooler for beach. From my experience that's normally standard for a beach front property. Was just unexpected for this trip! Master bed was VERY squeaky, like couldn't shift your weight without it creaking. Property manager was very responsive via txt to anything we needed help with (1. toilet handle was broken - they responded quickly and while I said it wasn't an emergency I admit I was surprised that no one came to fix it during our stay. 2. The code to the door changed in the middle of our stay. They resolved it quickly but I was a bit surprised by the issue.). Overall, great location but needs some TLC.
