Myrtle Beachillä on vain yksi paikka, jossa ei ole korkeita nousuja, taloja ja puhtaita luonnon dyynit ja luonnollinen ranta. Ja tässä se on! 2 mailia puhdasta nautintoa, jossa voit olla yhteydessä luonnon kanssa pohjimmiltaan yksityisellä rannalla.

Kun nautit merinäköalalla kahdesta kuistilta, vasemmalla näkymä on Nature Preserve Beach ja oikealla Apache-laituri ja ravintola (0. 3 mailia). Joten sinulla on parhaat puolet molemmista maailmoista, rauha ja rentoutuminen tai hauskaa, jännitystä ja ihmisiä.

Tämä on ainoa osakehuoneistokompleksi Myrtle Beachin luonnonsuojelualueen vieressä - 2 mailin yksityisellä rannalla. Pohjimmiltaan tämä on 2 mailin yksityinen ranta takapihallasi nautintoa varten.

Luonnonsuojelualueella ei ole väkijoukkoja ja paljon isoja kuoria !! Se on kuin ottaa rantotalo, jolla on pääsy yksityiselle rannalle.

Tämä paikka on kaukana kaupungin melusta ja keskittimestä, mutta silti tarpeeksi lähellä liittyä hauskanpitoon, jos olet niin taipuvainen. On kaksi uima-allasta ja yksi on lämmitetty. Koirat rakastavat juoksemista 2 mailin luonnonsuojelualueella ... se on kuin olisi oma yksityinen ranta!

Nautit todella pitkistä kävelyretkistä omalla rannalla ja luonnonsuojelualueella. Tämä on oikein viimeinen kiinteistö, joka rakennetaan lähellä tätä luonnonsuojelualuetta, koska laki ei voi enää rakentaa 700 vuodeksi.

Koska niin vähän ihmisiä pääsee tähän rannan osaan, se on hyvin luonnollinen ranta, jolla on erittäin suuret dyynit ja luonnolliset kuoret, rapuja, pieniä kaloja ja haikaroita. Suojelualueella on myös järvi. On laituri kalastusta ja viihdettä varten noin kolmasosa mailin etelään huoneisto.

Yksikkö on koskematon. Tämä on todella paikka rentoutua ja potkaista takaisin.

On kaksi kuistia, yksi avoin ja toinen turvatarkastus. Kun kävelet kolmanteen makuuhuoneeseen, nimeltään 'Sun Room', tunnet olosi risteilyaluksen kannella, valtameri on niin lähellä! On aivan upeaa katsot merta päivällä, jolloin taivas on selkeä.

Perfect Views
An incredible private beach with one of a kind views of the ocean!! This is our 4th year staying here, and it checks all the boxes for us!! We would like to see some updating of exterior balconies and furniture for open balcony, fixing of the door between balconies, as well as interior peeling of wallpaper and older dishwasher. Excellent communications with property manager!

Dated and Dirty
The location of this property is fantastic! Unfortunately, that's the only thing it has going for it. The furniture and beds are very out of date and uncomfortable. The master bedroom mattress was very hard an uncomfortable, the bedroom with full bed had pee stains on mattress and it was worn out, and bedroom with futon bed was filthy under the bed and carpet was missing. The unit had a dehumidifier and air purifiers leading me to believe they had a moisture/mold issue in past. The balcony had a broken/loose railing causing a possible safety concern. Also, chair on balcony was broken, but covered by a cushion making it look useable. Coffee pot had mold and kitchen utensils were out of date and didn't work well. I would not recommend this unit and do not think it's worth the rental price we paid for a week.

Great beach condo
We have stayed at this condo several times. It’s the best for beach location-private beach to stroll on. The condo is always neat and clean, there are 2 pools and it is very close to barefoot landing and Myrtle beach attractions. The owners are always pleasant to work with and we plan on staying here in the future!

Fall getaway
The unit that we stayed in was very nice and had a great view of the ocean and nature reserve. I was contacted prior to our trip and I was provided with many details of the property. I was disappointed with the pool - it was supposed to be heated but it was colder than the ocean. The beach area and property was nice. The one thing we did not like was that there was not much to walk to in the area besides the beach ( stores etc) But we loved that shopping and restaurants were very close ( driving distance)

Great view. Great location. Lots of minor issues that add up. Nothing major. Very outdated but still functional. Great layout of property. Could have been cleaner but was fine overall. Felt it was a lil pricey for all the deferred maintenance that is needed. Owner easy to work with. Would stay there again if traveling with dogs. Bring your knife sharpener if you plan on doing any cooking. Could use a quality skillet. Overall good stay.

Location, Location, Location
As stated above, you can’t beat this location and views of the Atlantic. Great beach, very clean and not very busy. Having the nature preserve next to the property gives you a great sense of escape from all the touristy areas to the North & South. This all being said, the condo itself is very dated and definitely could use updating. Very questionable elevators and the exterior areas could use updating as well. Overall, we had a great time and would love to return if the place is updated. We definitely thought the price was a little steep for the quality of the condo itself. Even after factoring in the location.

Enjoyed the location it was between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. Facility was clean.
Great location, beautiful ocean views and pet friendly. Other than the condo needing updating, it did the job. The condo has all the amenities of home. Be sure to turn on the dehumidifiers as soon as you get there.

Wonderful Place
Beautiful condo with plenty of room for our small family and dog. We loved the beach front, ocean view balconies. The pools were clean; the condo immaculate. We would definitely stay with Steve again!

This rental is outstanding for a quiet get away to Myrtle Beach!! It is right next to a preserve so it is not crowded at all. The property is great-all the things we need. The owners are fabulous to work with. We have rented this property several times and will definitely rent again for our next trip to the beach!

Relaxing Location
While the property could use some updating it was very clean and provided plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 children. Kitchen was well stocked with all the things needed to cook meals. Host was wonderfully accommodating before arrival and during our stay to ensure our vacation was enjoyable. Proximity to the beach was great with young children and the pool was an added bonus.

Lands End Review
Except for the exceptional beach, this unit and for that matter the entire complex needs a complete renovation. The unit itself was furnished with outdated furniture, a lot of mirrors and in desperate need of new paint, appliances and lighting. The same could be said for the entire exterior of the complex. Everything needs cleaned, painted and brightened up. It really is dark and depressing just the opposite of what you would expect from a beach rental. We just expected much more and was very disappointed in the rental.

What a wonderful condo and beach! Booking was easy, property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions. Interior could use some updating, but very clean and comfortable! Loved having both a screened and open balcony! Beach was not overcrowded, and neighbors were courteous and pleasant! We cannot wait to return next summer 😎

Perfect for families
The property was as described and great communication before, during and after stay. I always cook most meals and found the kitchen adequately stocked. Great view from both balconies.. You can hear the surf from inside with the windows closed! Perfect for pets, our fur baby loved the beach and we were so happy not to leave her in jail. I can't think of a better place to be for our first trip since Covid started. The beach was never crowded. My kids are 11 and 15 and they thought it was great too with enough activities close. We felt safe, distanced, and relaxed. Glad we found this gem.

Great location, and view!
Loved the location. Next to nature preserve, was almost like having a private beach. Not crowded, and for the most part folks social distanced. Condo was very comfortable, just enough space for family of 4. Kitchen a little cozy, but has everything you need. Comfortable furniture, 2 TVs (one in living room and one in master bedroom) with hdmi ports for all electronic needs, and 2 clean bathrooms with adequate space. Could use a few updates/repairs, like blinds , but we were made aware of this and had NO problem closing them by hand. Best of all, the view was AMAZING! Great view of beach from duel balcony (one is screened in) and from master bedroom. And, very responsive communications from owner. Thank you!

Not Rentable
Our party arrived exhausted & were unable to unpack because of the disappointing condition of the cleanliness of the condo. The coffee pot had not even been washed and the sink area was disgustingly neglected. Apparently not cleaned in months. The cabinets and stove had not even been wiped off. So we were immediately afraid to touch anything before running all through the dishwasher and cleaning cabinets, sink, etc. Pantry shelves had not been wiped and dirty rags were in the floor of the pantry. The towels (from linen service ?) looked like they were assorted from any that happened to be left behind by guests. The face cloths looked like cleaning rags. The day bed looked like people were still there & a hand towel had been slung over the towel bar so we actually wondered at first if someone was still there. Even dirty tissues and paper were in the trash can in the kitchen. The blind in the master bedroom was broken. Under sink area of master bath was full of paint cans. And paint cans were on the patio as well! Women with bladder problems were left a note to use one toilet. Plumber would be coming. Pretty saddening way to begin an escape for a week that had been anticipated with extreme excitement. I’ve never paid that much for a condo and it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Disappointed beyond words.
