Enjoy the splendors of Myrtle Beach from this spacious 3BR/3BA, this charming home-away-from-home offers a fantastic location on 3 golf courses, a beautiful community pool as well as a fitness room and more. Spend your days on one of the vibrant fairways, get your shopping on at Coastal Grand Mall, or experiencing the many attractions along the gorgeous shorelines!
The Space:
BED & BATH
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV with cable access, sliding glass doors that open to the private balcony and its own en-suite bathroom with a double sink vanity.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 Full size beds, bedside table, dresser, flat screen TV with cable access and access to the adjoining bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser, two nightstands, flat screen TV with cable access and a en-suite bathroom. There are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms.
LIVING AREA
The living room has a sofa, love seat, coffee table, two end tables, entertainment center with a flat screen TV with cable access and sliding glass doors that open up to the private balcony. The living room is open to the dining area. We also have a FULL SIZE stackable Washer & Dryer in the unit for your convenience. This unit has plenty of storage with a hidden nook where you can store your golf clubs, beach chairs, & other household items.
KITCHEN & DINING
Our fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space with a breakfast bar & opens up to the dining and living area with tons of light. It makes it easy to enjoy being near the beach without having to leave for dinner.
When it's time to dine, enjoy our new dining table and added breakfast bar with seating that will accommodate up to 8 guests. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.
BALCONY
Sip and relax with your morning coffee or end the day with your favorite evening drink on your private balcony. It overlooks the former 9th hole T box with a lake view with beautiful Magnolia's trees & lush landscaping and is directly across from the pool, complete with seating.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & rag set as well as STARTER shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soaps, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels.

- NO Smoking: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed inside the home of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.
- NO Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed in the home this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.
- Events/Large groups: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!! No more than 8 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.
PARKING:
- You are allowed two parking spaces for this condo.
- This Resort PROHIBITS pets/motorcycles/RVs/campers/trailers. Please comply! There are hefty fines and you may be asked to leave.
**YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned home and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.
Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.
Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!
Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- An EXTRA charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of!!
There will be a CHARGE for any non-washable stained or ruined linen!!

Nice stay but not the cleanest
When we got to the property the pictures matched however what was not shown was the extrememly stained carpets. We stayed in the single queen bedroom and we had random pants, the laundry area door and broken curtains from our room in the closet. The carpet and the shower also had hair in them that was not ours. The other rooms did not appear to have these same issues. Additionally, we wiped down the counters and found them to be dirty. So all in all this place provided a great price in a safe neighborhood but they could benefit from prioritizing cleaning and removing those heavily stained carpets.

Cigarette smoke killed this nice unit
As soon as i walked into the unit i was hit with Overwhelming cigarette smoke smell throughout the whole unit. I was with a group of non- smokers and 2 asthmatics so everyone was immediately upset with the situation. We opened all the doors,put fans on,wiped down all the surfaces,bought air fresheners but it was just too overwhelming. Upon check in I immediately tried to call the number on the contact list to no avail so i sent a note through the Vrbo Inbox. I also messaged that there was not 1 hanger in the whole unit, light bulbs were out in 2 bedrooms,there was no k cup machine,no pool key card,no parking passes,the coffee machine filter was filled with old coffee and the lint collector on the washing machine was full and a curtain rod with a curtain was laying in a closet bedroom. I have to be honest someone named Nikki responded pretty quickly when i told them there was a makeshift ashtray on the bach porch with cigarettes in it. I offered pics but they never said yes. Than i was told that someone would be by with hangers,a pool card and asked if i planned to leave the unit for the day so that they could bring over some machine to get rid of the smoke smell. A lady did drop off hangers,pool card,parking passes and light bulbs. But i don't believe they ever came back with any machine because the place just smelled so bad of cigarettes. My friend had an asthma attack and had to stay at a friend's in SC. I would not recommend that anyone else allergic or sensitive stay.
