Was a great time
We enjoyed our time in Nags Head. House was clean and perfect for our stay. Pool was wonderful to use and the beach was just a short drive 3-5 min or so. Sound side wasn’t as we expected but it didn’t take away from our stay. Plus, we got married while on vacation !!

Home suited its purpose for our week in OBX. Experienced issues with door locks/keys had to get them replaced. Pool area was a nice however, would have preferred lighting around the area to be able to use it at night. Bed mattresses could have been better.

Overall, we liked the house. We have stayed in many VBRO properties across the country. This is the first one that had a key entry instead of a code entry. Code entry much preferred. We had to purchase a blanket for the Queen bed and bath rug for the King bathroom as none were provided. Lighting was inadequate in the living room and dining room. The location was great!

My husband, myself and kids, (18) & (11) just had the best week here! The property is well maintained, kitchen is well stocked, entire home was very clean and has everything you need to enjoy the beach. A huge plus as it saves on packing. Just perfect!
This property was just fantastic. Location: Sound side. You can ride your bikes to the sound and watch the sunset every night, while enjoying a small private beach. The house is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. House: The house has everything you need for your vacation--minus those things listed to bring. The house had nightlights for our small children. It was clean, comfortable and so, so enjoyable. The pool was clean, fun, and secured by a high gate. Pool toys, umbrellas, corn hole boards, beach chairs, and more were all in the storage shed. We had an absolute wonderful time.

We had a wonderful vacation! The pool was fabulous and the house was in a great, quiet neighborhood. It was an easy walk to the sound and Jockey's Ridge. We will definitely stay here again.

Great neighborhood and great location
We enjoyed the green neighborhood that the house is located, great for biking and family walks. The beach from the sound side was a delight, great for stand up paddle boarding and lazy beach days. Pool was a great cool down after beach days! Great place for families! The only negative during our stay was internet that didn’t work! Otherwise we enjoyed everything that the house and the area had to offer!

Location was close to the beach but we were more comfortable driving there. There were public beach access points close by. The property was clean and Cove Realty checked on us a couple of times throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend this property for a stay in the Outer Banks.

Pros: great house, great neighborhood, everything you need to stay and cook for a week Cons: bathrooms were dirty with hairs in the shower and on the floor. The listing does not mention there is a pullout couch in the living room or trundle bed under the bunkbeds. I even called and asked and they advised there was only a king, Queen, and bunk beds so I did not bring enough sheets for the additional beds. It would have been nice for my kids to not have to sleep together in one bed. The listing is not accurate.

It did not disappoint.
Even with all the Covid-19 regulations this place was immaculate. Everything was so clean and exactly as listed. The pool was a huge bonus for the days we didn't want to deal with the beach. OBX and The Millennium did not disappoint.

Family LOVED it!
Well Furnished, well equipped. Lots of room. The pool was great. Even though the house is in a neighborhood, its very quiet and private. The room containing pool and beach toys, games and corn hole, chairs and umbrellas, was a huge plus. The boys found the side yard to be a huge natural sandbox, buckets shovels and the monster trucks they brought from home kept them busy for hours. The Epstien Public Beach Access is less than 2 miles away and the Public Sound access is at the back of the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. We all loved having the pool right out back to use when we wished. It was also very nice to be able to use the owners pool "toys", BBQ and beach equipment when we wished. Beach access is just a short drive so it is convenient as well. Would not hesitate to recommend renting this place for your families vacation.

Overall our experience was very good, the only negative thing is the beds are still not comfortable. The property is very nice and we will stay there again. The location was convenient to a lot of things to do and good restaurants.

Beautiful property
The house and the pool were beautiful, very peaceful and quiet place. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had to leave early due to hurricane Florence coming but the owner was gracious enough to allow us back next year at a discount to make up for our loss.
