Talo vuokraa lauantaista lauantaihin sesongin aikana. TARKASTUS ON 16:00, TARKASTELU on klo 10:00.

Tämä ihastuttava 4 makuuhuoneen, 2 1/2-kylpy koti on askelta merelle ja aivan Nags Headin keskellä. Kolmessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuodetta, 1 makuuhuoneessa on kerrossänky ja parivuode. Tuoreet peitot, uudet tyynyt, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, ulkosuihku, rantatuolit, astianpesukone, astiat, keittiövälineet, kannet 2 tasolla, keskusilma, kävelymatka ravintoloihin tai minigolfia, lähellä kaikkea, mitä OBX tarjoaa. Yläkansi on osittain peitetty, joten voit nauttia sateesta kastelematta. Naapurissa sijaitsevassa erässä on talo, joten voit pelata palloa. Talo vuokrat lauantaista lauantaihin paitsi sesongin ulkopuolella. Saapumisaika on 16:00. Lähtö klo 10:00

STORMS .... Jos on hurrikaania, tarkkaile säätä ja valmistaudu poistumaan saarelta. Jos vieras on tehnyt talletuksen talon vuokraamiseksi eikä voi mennä hirmumyrskytuulien / sateen takia, palautan koko talletuksen. Jos hurrikaani tai voimakkaat tuulet tapahtuvat vierailun aikana, hyvitetään suhteellinen määrä. Tätä harkitaan tapauskohtaisesti.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Outer Banks Beaches. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla vesipuisto ja kuumavesiallas. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great spot but missing a few details.
It was a great stay. Awesome location. The hot tub was great! Nice views from the living room with a nice sectional sofa to fit the whole family. Missing a few small amenities like paper towels/toilet paper, after a long drive, and trash bags. Some updates were in progress. Overall a budget friendly option for families!

Great location
This house leaves a lot to be desired; however, the location is great and the host was good about responding to issues. The whole deck needs to be replaced, especially the top floor deck. There are many soft spots and very worn areas, which was unsafe for our children. We let the property owner know and she sent out a maintenance man who placed plywood over these areas. The deck needs more than resurfacing or a new stain. The bunk beds were extremely wobbly and my husband had to tighten all the screws. The upstairs refrigerator kept going out and after switching the breaker my husband pulled out the fridge to find the outlet in the wall was loose. We had to “wiggle” the plug to get it to work again a few times. A few things left unfinished like the countertop not being attached in the downstairs bathroom and the towel hanger in another bathroom missing a rod and falling out of the wall.

Stressful Vacation
After packing up all of our stuff and making our way down to the beach to wait for our 4pm check in Friday, my wife contacted the property owner (Faye) to ask if we could be notified if the property was available earlier than 4pm. The owner replied “please call me”. When my wife called the owner stated that the HVAC had broken and we could not check in. She then stated that she could only give us one hotel room for the night until it was repaired Saturday. My wife let the owner know we need more than one room due to the house sleeping 10 and friends and family intended on staying the night and were also on there way down. The owner reluctantly agreed to book us 3 rooms. We then asked if it were possible to drop off our food in the refrigerator on Friday the owner was very firm that we were not allowed in the house we had booked and paid for that night. We proceeded down to OBX very stressed with these interactions but we understood that things happen and at least we had somewhere to stay. After discussion on the beach on why the owner wouldn’t let us drop anything off and remembering Faye saying people were in the house sweating way past checkout time we decided to walk by the house to find all the lights on AC running, all windows closed. Clearly the house was double booked and we were lied to! The next morning after repacking our cars and checking out of the hotel we asked if the house was available. She responded “you can try and check in”. We made the most of our time….

Great location
Location is everything! Feets away from the beach. House is spacious for group of 10+ people. It is renovated, clean place. The host, Faye was good at communicating. We had few misunderstandings prior to checking in but once we checked in, it was a smooth sail. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again. FYI, as listed in the description, towels and linens are NOT provided which wasn’t an issue for us.

The property is well located on the Outer Banks and is in close proximity to all the resources you need for a great time. Communication with the host was timely and accurate. This is a very nice place and close to the beach and other attractions.

Great place for a small senior trip
This was a great location for me to take my senior class students on a trip before they graduated. Only had a few run-ins with "palmetto bugs" but the owner said she would have the house sprayed after we left.

Myself and some of my friends all recently graduated and wanted to relax at the beach before beginning work. This property was a fantastic escape, Faye responded quickly to any questions and the property was so clean and very nicely decorated. We had an amazing time and look forward to staying here again!

Lovely home close to beach
My family decided to take a short trip to the beach just to get away for the anniversary of our mother's death, and this house offered a wonderful getaway. Our immediate impression was how clean the property was, and how close it was to the beach and everything else. We loved being able to use the hot tub since our time there was cold and rainy. Our only complaint is that the listing says the property has a grill on it, but we were unable to locate one, which was unfortunate since we'd purchased the materials for cooking out. Additionally, the place was CLEANED OUT- probably due to us visiting off-season, since I imagine everything is cleaned out after peak season. But just in case, make sure to go to the store or bring groceries before checking in, as there was no toilet paper, no salt and pepper, no cooking oil, etc. Overall minor inconveniences to a wonderful weekend and lovely house. Thank you!

Long Weekend
House was just as expected and perfect for our long weekend. Check in was easy. House was very clean and furniture/beds were great. We didn’t need to contact the host while we were there - everything was great! Location was as perfect and very quiet.

Great House
The house was clean with some clearly new furniture and finishes. The owner was responsive and communicated well. The upper floor was spacious enough for our whole party to gather very comfortably with room to spare. The beach was a very comfortable walk of one block with sidewalk and crosswalk for rt 12. The only downside is the stairs were very steep. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend this house for a group our size.

We LOVED our stay at Faye's home! From check-in to check-out everything was PERFECT!! There were a few very minor cleaning issues that we came across, but I messaged Faye right away and she got back to me immediately! She was professional, but very kind and compassionate! She is an AWESOME host! We would totally stay at her home again!

Lots of space
There was lots of space— enough for three couples and 5 kids. It was within walking distance to the beach which was very nice. We kept forgetting to use the hot tub and we had lots of windy weather when we were there or maybe we would’ve used the porch more. The only thing is I didn’t realize we had to bring our own everything. (Toilet paper even). I have never stayed at a rental where I brought toilet paper. Otherwise it was great.
