Dissapointing

I booked a single room and did not expect it to be great at the price I paid. However, it was much below my expectations. To start with, the room is very small and the bed is tiny(no the usual small bed). The worst part was that it did not have its own bathroom. I was told that it was what I booked, but I did not see any information about the room not having its own bathroom. The receptionist informed me that I could have a room with a bathroom at discount price. However, she changed her mind when she understood that I was desperate to change my room. So I paid 45% extra just to have a room with a bathroom. My initial plan was to extend my stay for another 8 days after the first stay. I was lucky that I did not book for the whole of my stay. I moved out I found a place 10 times better with just $5 more. To end on a positive note. all staff were very nice.

Welcoming and friendly

I stayed in Godials for four nights in October 17. I made a last-moment booking, so the only room available was a bit austere, but still functional. My friend's room was spacious and comfortable. The B&B is able to arrange airport pick up and drop off, and other trips around Nairobi. The staff were all very friendly, keen to assist with various issues (drinkable water, local phone calls etc.). The chef even agreed to prepare dinner for the two of us every evening. I would recommend Godials to both tourist and business travelers to Nairobi.

Outstanding Staff and Wonderful Stay!

Loyce and Allen (and the rest of the staff) were phenomenal! They helped us navigate our way around Nairobi as well as help make our stay as comfortable as possible! I would definitely recommend Godials for a nice, clean, and economical bed and breakfast with outstanding service!

I arrived very late on a Friday night from a business trip and they met me and got me checked in quickly so that I could rest. Was an good night stay especially for the price.

not worth it go anywhere else.

The tv did not working and no one came for the couple days I was there. You only get 300ml water in your room and if you any more you get to pay lol. It's a joke. I asked to speak to a manager and no one came. The place is dirty and the towels are old and changed Color.

Kleines aber feines Hotel Nähe Innenstadt

Ich war für eine Konferenz eine Woche in Nairobi und habe im Godials Bed und Breakfast gewohnt. Zum Konferenzzentrum muss man ein Taxi nehmen, aber man braucht nicht mehr als eine halbe Stunde, Stau gab es auf der Strecke nicht groß. Das Hotel ist einfach aber komfortabel. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und fand die Lage gut. Wenn das Budget ein Hotel in der Innenstadt nicht hergibt, eine sehr gute Alternative für Leute die für eine Konferenz o.ä. in Nairobi sind.
