Customer Service were the” BEST” or even better word the “GREATEST “ in the Hotel industry! by far based on my many trips / over 20 years of visiting Thailand. Custom and courtesy exercised by all employees at Centara Korat( Nakhon Ratchasima ) were impeccable, exemplary, so precious, and most memorable. I can intuitively sense “walking on the Red carpet” every moments I interacted with all Centara Korat’s employees. My Kuods to front desk receptionists ( check-in & check -out) , bellboys, CenFit Staffs, Swimming pool and swimming pool bar’s staffs, house cleaners, dinning hosts ( at breakfast), busboys ( ladies and gentlemen), cooks ( chefs ) at breakfast. A word “Thank you” might not be sufficed to all Centara Korat’s employees… nonetheless, I do truly appreciated all of your generous, genuine and thoughtful hospitality.

Nice hotel right on central shopping Mall with a connecting walkway. Hotel has a nice top floor bar and pool. No alcohol is severed in the hotel at all. Rooms on the side looking over the waste ground and peoples houses are noisy at night with dogs barking all night.

Comfortable bed + room. Rain shower was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was good and has a lot of options! Nice being able to walk right into the central plaza mall aswell. A little pricey for what’s around but you definitely get what you pay for. I recommend this if your looking for a luxury hotel

Hotel is clean and lovely, rooms are spacious and location is great. Staff are fantastic, the rooftop bar is excellent and the staff couldn't do more for us. We had a wonderful celebration on the roof and received excellent service rom all member of staff especially the manager on the night. Thank you

Love the proximity to Central shopping mall. The views from the room and the rooftop pool are stunning. The guest room is spacious and comfortable. One area of improvement on the housekeeping staff: while the room and beds were cleaned and tidied up daily, the housekeepers needed to be more attentive in refilling the amenities in the room. Every day I found a few different items not refilled: face/hand towels, coffee, cream, or sugar.
