Very comfy clean hotel at a great price
The staff are friendly and helpful. All the communal areas were spotlessly clean with an interesting array of artefacts and photos. My room was comfy, very clean and light. I like the white cotton bed linen. I had a small balcony. The shower was good and hot, again with pristine fluffy white towels. There is a cafe at the back. Also a fitness room and car park. I will use this hotel again when in Khorat. There are plenty of restaurants and food stalls, cafe and convenience stores close by. The guesthouse is central situated. It's an easy 5 minute walk from bus terminal 1. From there you can get a songtaew to Terminal 2. Yellow songtaew 1 goes to and from the train station.

The check-in was quick and friendly. The parking was convenient. The building was older so you won’t see a modern facility but, they also had good presentation with many older Asian nick-nacks and motifs. The room was quiet and clean. If you book here make sure you bring toilet paper/wipes and shampoo/soap as there isn’t any provided in the room. Overall...especially for the price this hotel is an excellent choice. With shopping and dining close by. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future.

Very well located, walking distance to Yamo monument, restaurants, shops, basically close to everything. Kept very clean, the staff are great. This is a great hotel for the price, however be aware that there is no lift.

The one thing, that could use some improvement, is the bathroom faucet, as it was difficult to shut the water off. I needed a rag to do it. Other than that, the room was fine.

As many other reviewers noted, this was a very good place to stay in Korat. It’s conveniently located in the center o town with lots of good restaurants to choose from. It’s only a three-minute way to the bus terminal. The employees are super and I would like single out Chat at the reception desk for being so helpful and nice. Some rooms overlook a noisy road but there are quieter rooms inthe back. I will definitely stay here again.

The great thing about staying at this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. We got great tips on how to get to see some out of the way temples, traveling by public transport. They made our visit to Korat very special, and we got to everything we hoped to see. The location near the train station and old bus terminal was very convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. We will look forward to staying there again.

Nice hotel in middle of Korat
The stay was excellent from the first night I checked in. Staff talk to you by name making it very friendly. My room was so spacious clean and modern. The food is also excellent and a great start to the day. Secure parking and front desk managed 24hr would not stay anywhere else when in town. Brilliant

Friendly staff and Very convenient place.
The room I stayed in was clean, okay, a good powful shower,but one of the things I did not like was the air conditioner was so loud that it made me unable to sleep. And the fan was loud. Have stayed here before, but normally no problems. But this complaint is about air conditioning.
