Silverado Resort has a mix of condos and hotel rooms managed by the resort, along with privately owned residences and units rented out through platforms like VRBO.
This specific condo isn't managed by the resort, so any issues with it should be reported to the host. The resort can't assist with things like entering the property, housekeeping, or any problems inside the unit. Don't go to the Mansion for check-in or help with your luggage; However, do contact the front desk for issues outside the unit or questions about the resort's amenities. Noise from guests, landscaping, or work trucks might happen and is beyond the host's control.

--> Primary guest must be 25 years of age minimum and must stay at the property.
--> Maximum of 6 guests (including infants and children)
--> No smoking or vaping of any substance inside the condo or on the patios
--> No pets
--> No parties/disturbing other occupants of adjacent units.
--> Do not unplug Wi-Fi router (behind the chair in the garden-facing bedroom) or the white plug near the dining/living area for the front door lock, and leave the plug its original location. Reservation may be cancelled with no refund if these devices are unplugged.
--> No connecting gaming consoles or any HDMI cables to Televisions our Wi-Fi Router. Reservation may be cancelled with no refund if this rule is violated.
--> No glitter, confetti, silly string or coloring/bleaching hair or extra cleaning fees will apply.
--> Use black make-up towels for make-up and self tanner or extra cleaning fees will apply.
--> No rearranging furniture except leather swivel chairs & coffee table in the living room to make room for the sofa sleeper.
--> No third party bookings
--> No glass at the pool
--> No hot pots, pans or items should be placed on the kitchen or bathroom countertops. There are silicon trivets located in the kitchen to use.
--> No luggage or hard items to be placed on the dressers/nightstands to avoid damage/scratches. There are luggage racks in each bedroom for guests to use.
--> Guests who lock themselves out of bedrooms or bathrooms will be charged maintenance or locksmith fees
--> No RV's, trailers or boats allowed
--> Report broken/damaged items immediately so the unit is ready for the next guest.
--> Guests are not to remove ANY items from the condo except their personal belongings (guests are allowed to take pool towels and plastic drinking cups to the pool area, then return these items to the condo when done).
--> Check out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who stay past check-out time without prior approval from host will be charged $30 per each 30 minutes past check-out.
--> Housekeeping: Photos and video are taken after each cleaning. If the guest has a complaint about any aspect of the amenities, cleanliness or overall condition, please reach out to us within the first 2 hours of check in. Upon addressing the complaint the host is authorized to come into the property and to solve the problem.
--> We strongly recommend that guests purchase VRBO Trip Cancellation or other trip cancellation/travel insurance, as refunds are only provided under VRBO's extenuating circumstances.
