EASILY WALKABLE, IN THE HEART OF OLD NAPLES! Beautiful one-bedroom, one-bath home- Only a 5-minute stroll to dining/shops and 8-minute walk to the beach! The living room has French doors opening onto your own private patio that overlooks a pretty lake, which is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing or reading. Inside, you'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, a comfortable king bed, tile floors, and a washer/dryer inside the home. This is a main-floor, end-unit condo in a small, six-unit, beautifully-landscaped condo building. It's a clean and comfortable home to live in. Between guest stays, we take extra care when cleaning and disinfecting our condo. Also, there is a free parking space reserved for guests, but you can also enjoy so much of Naples from this location without a car! Included in your stay, we offer the use of two bicycles with locks and helmets. Additionally, a beautiful pool is available in town at no extra charge! Truly a Gem
Patti and Bruce greeted us upon arrival and gave us the grand tour. They were wonderful and respected our privacy while answering all of our questions. They had a list of great places to eat and also activities. We truly enjoyed every moment.

Centrally Located in Old Naples
Had a lovely stay. Particularly enjoyed sipping coffee and reading on the patio. Excellent location near everything. Enjoyed the sounds of children playing at recess across the street. Well stocked with everything. Patti was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure we were happy with everything. Really appreciated the king size bed but it wasn’t as firm as I personally like. Shower is large with excellent water pressure. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Long awaited holiday in Naples
We had a very enjoyable week at this immaculate property. The owner was very friendly and helpful and had provided everything you could need for your stay. The patio was excellent for relaxing, sunbathing and having a barbeque. We particularly enjoyed watching the wildlife on the pond nearby. Would definitely recommend this property.

Complete perfection
Patti is a perfect host and thinks of everything! The property is immaculate, the sitting areas so relaxing and the extras like beach bikes are awesome. Location is also fantastic! The stroll to the beach, dining and shopping is so easy. Patti checked in with us to make sure everything was good and offered fun options like the little market on Saturday morning. Highly recommend this stay!

A perfect, sweet property
Everything about this place was better than expected. It was charming, clean and very well thought out in terms of what anybody might want while they were there. I would highly recommend it to anyone… Also a plus is the sweet little lake next to it, where you can sit in a lawn chair and look at the turtles, ducks, herons and other wildlife. Amazing!

Perfection
We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks (we stayed for a week 2 yrs ago) and everything was perfect. It's hard to believe that the unit suffered extensive damage in the hurricane because there is no evidence of it. It has been fully restored. The location is great for walking to the beach, or walking to restaurants on 5th Ave. S or 3rd St. The owners could not be nicer or more helpful. Their communication skills are fantastic and they respond to questions quickly. Reminded us about the Saturday farmers market (a must) and other events happening to during our stay. The kitchen has everything you'll need, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler come in handy, and the large private patio is where we had breakfast and late afternoon snacks. Can't wait for our next stay.

Special Naples Condo
Our experience staying at the “Little Gem” was outstanding. Patti and Bruce are the most hospitable people and take excellent take of their property. Patti met us at the condo when we arrived and gave us some great recommendations on what to see and do. The condo has been very recently renovated. The location was just what we wanted, an easy walk to the restaurants and shops of 5th Ave. and 3rd street. The beach was an easy walk as well. We hope to visit there again!

Great Location in Naples Old Town
We found this apartment (ground floor UK, 1st floor USA, no stairs) very comfortable with everything we needed during our ten days stay in April. French Doors from the lounge area open onto a large delightful private patio overlooking a small pond/lake. Loungers, table and chairs make this a lovely, partially shaded spot to sit in the heat of the day. The City Council had drained and cleaned the lake earlier this year and during our stay it was being refilled with water but was not yet completely filled when it will be even prettier; the ducks, geese, birds etc were a delight to watch. You have your own dedicated parking spot just outside the front door but the location near Cambier Park in old Naples means you hardly need a car as 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street both with lots of restaurants and shops are within a very pleasant stroll,. During our stay we met Patti the host , a lovely lady who has thoughtfully provided such things as kitchen and toilet rolls, Kleenex tissues, washing powder, toiletries etc. and she responds immediately to any queries . Two bikes are available to use plus beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The beach is just four blocks up the road and there is a lovely little park there also. What you see in the photos is what you get. The only slight negative is that there is some aircraft noise from small planes going into the airport particularly at the weekends, but this is the same wherever you stay in the central Naples area. We highly recommend a stay here and hope we will be able to return in two years or so. Thank you Patti we loved our stay Christina & John U.K.

Nice place
The location, cleanliness, and hospitality were all outstanding - as advertised. Unfortunately, during our stay the lake/pond was being dredged by the city. We had a pump running right by the patio 24/7. We couldn't really enjoy the patio. Not the owners' fault, but the stay would have been much more pleasant without it.

What a great location
We enjoyed walks to beach, the pier, shopping and dining. There are free concerts at the park on Sundays. We went to Empty Bowls to support the hungry in the area. The patio is lovely. The city was dredging the pond next to the patio which attracted all kinds of birds. The owner, Patti, was most helpful and attentive when needed, even calling to tell us to shelter in the laundry area if a storm got bad.

Best Condo in Naples!
This is a perfect condo for two people who are looking for a relaxing week in Naples. It's located 3 blocks south of Naples' 5th Avenue, approximately 6 blocks away from Olde Town Naples and 8 blocks to the beach. We walked (or rode bikes) everywhere. We averaged 12miles of walking every day. We only drove the car once during the entire week. The condo is beautiful inside but the absolute best part is the large patio. It's roughly 20' by 20' and surrounded by flowers, palm trees, and bushes. It's very private and shaded. When we weren't walking/biking, we were on the patio. The hosts are wonderful people and very accommodating. This was our 2nd time staying at this condo and we will definitely be back!

This condo is perfectly located for access to downtown Naples restaurants and shops(5th Ave. S and 3rd St S). It is a short walk to the beach, where you can walk for miles or just sit and relax. The condo itself is well appointed, well stocked to get you started (TP, shampoo, ..., Coffee and filters, Clorox wipes, etc) Absolutely lovely patio, with views of a small pond. The owners were so easy to work with and quickly responded to inquiries during our visit. Everything in the condo worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way
From check in to departure my stay was perfect. Patti is very kind and responsive. The location is such that unless one just wants a car it is not needed. I walked to the beach, 5th Avenue, 3rd Street, the grocery store(did take an Uber back to condo) and don't feel I missed a thing. If one needs transportation it is easy to arrange via Uber, a local trolley (Singh, I believe is the name) and taxi. The condo is tastefully decorated, kitchen well equipped, outdoor patio just as it looks in the picture. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, safe vacation home.

A Piece of Paradise
The condo has a wonderful private patio, complete with loungers, grill and table, which was a real plus. We appreciated this beautifully decorated, clean and very well equipped condo. We enjoyed riding our bikes or walking from our condo to some of the best beaches, restaurants and shopping in Naples. Patti provided everything we needed for a truly enjoyable stay! Thank you! Great Little Place in Old Naples
My wife and I had a great time in this cute little 1 bed condo. Everything was clean and up to date. The patio is awesome and it is so close to everything. We walked all over and took great bike rides with the bikes that are with the unit. Lots of little things provided that made the time easier and really comfortable. Loved the place and hated to leave!
