Tämä suuri omaisuus on täysin remontoitu vain ajoissa 2018-kauden! Uusi lämmitetty suolavesiallas ja kylpylä olivat vasta valmistuneet. Lattiat sisustukseen täysin UUTUUS! Tämä suuri koti istuu kaksinkertaisella erällä Napolin puistossa vain 5 koteja veden / tuloaukon. Sijaitsee halutuimmassa 500 korttelissa lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä joko Vanderbilt Beach tai Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.
Laaja avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on holvikatot ja suuri huone, joka sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla kotona, joka sopii erinomaisesti perhejuhliin. Uusi keittiö, jossa on 10 jalka keskusta saari ja kaikki uudet laitteet aukeaa TV-huoneeseen ja ruokasaliin. Talon toinen puoli on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista jokaisessa on queen-size-vuode, joka jakaa kaksinkertaisen turhamaisen kylpyhuoneen. Kodin vastakkaisella puolella on master-sviitti, jossa on suuri makuuhuone / olohuone, hänen ja hänen kävelevät kaappeihin ja yksityinen sviitti, jossa on ylisuuri suihku ja oma / erillinen wc. Kotona on myös pesutupa, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, mutta kaikki vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet, jotka toimitetaan vieraille, ovat ammattimaisesti pesty.
Ylimitoitettu omaisuus on harvinaista löytöä Napolissa, joka mahdollistaa hyvin laajan kodin pyöreällä ajotiellä. Takapiha on täysin eristäytynyt aita yksityisyyttä samalla kun nautit valtava takapihalla ja lämmitetty suolaisen veden allas ja kylpylä. Uima-allas ympärillä on noin 1500 neliömetriä, ja siinä on iso ruokapöytä, sohva / tuolit ja weber-grilli bar-b-ques!
Kun ei ole rentouttava tässä mukavassa kodissa tai aurinkotuilla rannoillamme, kävele Mercatoa jännittävään yöelämään ostosten, ravintoloiden ja baarien kanssa! Tämä koti ei ole enempää kuin kilometrin päässä välttämättömyydestä, kuten Whole Foods ja Trader Joes, Coffee Shops, kuntokeskus, elokuvateatterit, jäätelöbaari ja liian monet ravintolat ja baarit.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park (puisto). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan, vesipuiston ja porealtaan. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

Beautiful home & pool/spa
This home is nicely appointed and very nicely laid-out for entertaining. Three private bedrooms with a large kitchen, island, dining, and living area. The patio is very large with multiple seating areas. The salt water pool and spa are great.

This property, in some ways, is exactly as advertised. Great and walkable location to the beach. Beautifully redone. The challenge I had was the following (which I shared with the owner); 1. No bathroom amenities- including bars of soap, shampoo etc2. ice machine didn’t work 3. Tires in the bikes need to be pumped and we didn’t see a pump. 4. The Spa wasn't working. The owner is saying that the last guest turned off. Not sure There was a large crack in the front door glass when we checked in. I had to reach out, to tell the owner, as I didn't want to be responsible for that. His response was less than welcoming, which was disappointing to say the least.

Great mini vacation in Naples
An updated, well kept, well stocked, beautifully decorated modern ranch with a spacious backyard with a salt-water heated pool and a built-in hot tub had all a family may desire for a great vacation by the beach. Communication with our host was seamless and Erik even went out of his way to bring us a bike lock. Highly recommended.

Everything was recently updated including the furnishings, appliances, pool and Webber grill. Spent alot of time in the pool and at the beaches nearby. Centrally located to plenty of shopping and dining options.

Beautiful house
Great location with really beautiful and clean house. When entering the house you get an spacious and open living room and kitchen with large doors to a big and nice pool and heated spa. A lot of space with 2 grills, many patio furniture to relax and a storage with beach seats and umbrella. Close to the beach, we use to drive , parking is $6 on Wiggins Pass beach ( it’s more like family place) and $10 at Vanderbilt beach ( public beach with more people, teenagers ). Eric the owner is friendly and responding quick to any questions. House and pool is much bigger than you see in pictures. We really enjoyed our time here and thank you Eric again.

This house was perfect for me and my friends to stay at for the weekend. It was only a two minute drive from the beach and we even had beach chairs at the house we could take with us if we wanted to. Overall it was a great weekend at a great place.

Wonderful Home - Everything you would want in a rental
This home is incredible. The furnishing are superb and the pool is bigger than most Florida rentals. There is nothing you could wish for that isn't already here. The homeowner was easily available if needed.

We had a wonderful stay! Weather was perfect! Eric quickly responded to our questions as the hot tub was intermittently working. The pool and the outdoor seating area were spacious and comfortable. The house itself was clean, relaxing and had everything we needed. Quality time together with family…. Priceless!

Perfect
We stayed in this property over the Christmas holiday and it was perfect . The outdoor space is beautiful. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds were very comfortable . Our only complaint was the wealthier lol. Thank goodness for the hot tub! No complaints here and we were very happy with our location !!!

Clean and good location
The location was super convenient. Close to all sorts of shopping...from Publix to Saks! Close enough to the beach to walk for sunsets or exercise but not close enough to walk if you were going to spend a few hours at the beach. You'd want to be dropped off with all of your "stuff". We really had no idea where to stay in Naples as their are multiple tourist areas, but this worked out great. The street was quiet, The pool and backyard was spacious with plenty of different seating areas. Overall, it was a great stay!

House was exactly how described and looked The same as the pictures! I feel enjoyed the location of property to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas. Very Comfortable House
The house is beautiful and in a great location. We were close to the beach, restaurants, brewery and grocery store. We had three couples staying at the house and it was very roomy. Everyone commented on how comfortable their beds were. The couch was also very comfortable! There was a lot of outdoor seating (comfortable couch outside too) and umbrellas. One of the pool lights was burnt out and I was a little disappointed about that. Also, the planters along the fence were rusty and didn’t have any plants in them. I felt like they could have been removed from the property. However, we did have three brand new beach chairs. Plus about three or four more beach chairs. There were also beach towels. The house had everything we needed. Every time I messaged Eric he got back to me very quickly!

this is a beautiful property with wonderful updates. had everything we needed to cook or go to the beach. greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub as the backyard is very private and quiet. close to beach, shops and restaurants. thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
