Luxurious Retreat for up to 10 Guests near Beach

Summary:
Welcome to your vacation rental home located in the peaceful neighborhood of Willoughby Acres in north Naples, Florida. The single family pool home has an extended screened lanai with a tiki bar, gas grill, pool and a extra large backyard with fruiting trees and a huge Banyan tree providing tons of shade! The pool, which faces south, is a heated, salt water pool for your enjoyment. Your vacation home has 3 full bedrooms along with a den and 2 pull out sofas.

The Space:
Our short term rental was completely refurnished in 2021 and sleeps up to 10. There are 2 king beds, 1 full sized bed, and 2 full sized pull out beds. The first pull out sofa is in the main bedroom and the second pull out sofa is located in the den which can be closed off for a private space that has its own full sized bathroom and outside access to the lanai and the pool. This is a great room for smaller kids to be closer to their parents and tweens and teens could use the opposite side of the home bedrooms depending on your preference.

The home and TV's come with full access to Disney Plus, Netflix and Samsung TV Streaming services along with high speed Wi Fi.

The main bedroom suite of the home is very large and includes a full sized sofa bed, a beautiful king bed, a large dresser with a mirror, slider access to the pool and lanai and a full en suite bathroom with a large walk in shower.

To reach the main bedroom there is an attached den that has a french doors leading to the kitchen and family room and a door leading to the main bedroom. There is a full sized bathroom included along with a full sized pull out sofa, a over sized bean bag chair and sliding door access to the lanai.

There are 2 additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the house from the main bedroom. The front bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the back bedroom has a King sized bed. Both of these bedrooms share a hallway and a full sized bathroom. There is also 2 pack n' plays included in one of the closets so babies and toddlers and welcome as well!

The kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops with a wonderful and large center island with a waterfall edge and 4 counter height bar stools. There is a large window that lets in lots of natural light from the south facing lanai and pool. The casual dining area has a picnic style table and seating and there are multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy meals at. The covered lanai has an outdoor dining set for 6 and the Tiki bar has seating for 4 where many of your meals and cocktails will be enjoyed.

There are 4 cruiser bikes provided along with a ping pong table, a bistro set and a large screen TV in the garage! Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass Beach are just 4 miles from the front door to enjoy swimming, sun bathing and daily sunsets.

Being located right in the heart of north Naples near Immokalee Road and Airport Road, the home is a little over 4 miles away from the Vanderbilt Beach north access and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State park beach just on the other side of the Bluebill Ave bridge. With 4 bikes included you can bike or walk to the Pipers Crossing Plaza which has Jimmy Johns, a Cuban, Italian/Pizza, Burger and a Omelet restaurant which is located just near the entrance to the neighborhood. Willoughby Acres is a very pedestrian friendly and just a block down from the home is a small playground with a walking path, benches and a sidewalk connecting to to the neighboring community of Palm River which also has miles of roads to explore.

All bookings require the signing of a reservation agreement with Mike Z Rentals which will automatically be sent shortly after booking.

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

This home is pet friendly and allows 2 non-shedding pets with no additional fees.

The garage is not to be used for parking, it is set up as a "game room"

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.
