The property is a 15 minute walk from Naples central train station. The interior has been totally renovated with lovely rooms, a breakfast room, a kitchenette with all the amenities for a breakfast and a reception area. The hosts, Mario & Antonio, were amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very clean. Great location and helpful staff
Very happy with the accommodation. The staff were fantastic. They were keen to help with whatever you needed. Rooms and kitchen were spotlessly clean. Fresh,still warm from the oven pastries daily. Location is perfect. The bus to the airport is a 3min walk and all the must sees are a short walk. Would definitely stay again.

Room was very clean and had all the essentials in the room including mini refrigerator with drinks. Common dining area with kitchen to include snacks and drinks for guests. Host was phenomenal with recommendations for sites to see and restaurants to visit in Napoli. Great communication via WhatsApp for any needs.

Great shape, great value
Great budget hotel that doesn’t feel “budget” at all. Rooms and furnishings are in perfect shape with super functional aircon. Breakfast very simple but good. Excellent safe and convenient location just outside the busiest central district but easy walking distance to many sites and the metro/train.

Everything you could ask for
Hermes was a clean, quiet and friendly oasis right on the edge of the historic city center. Everything inside was modern and looked brand new. The room A/C was fast and powerful, and the ultra-wide shower plate was luxurious. But even better than the room were the hosts, Mario and Antonio. They offered refreshments every time we walked in the door, made our coffee just the way we like it each morning, and helped us get our bearings around the city. They explained the metro, bus & taxis, and in the end arranged our airport transfer (for a large family) within minutes. 5 stars plus!

This property is a great place to stay. We couldn't have asked for warmer or more welcoming hosts. They provided lots of information on where to visit, places to eat and how to get around Naples. The room itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. Large bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. Great location for exploring Naples; both on foot or via nearby public transport. Highly recommended.
