firist of all the hotel which you advertising is not existing,we arrived at 8 evening and we got taxi ,and than we went there,it was closed, than there was noticed and we changed and please go this address, we came to the address and we saw trouble hotel, poor service, 😡

Stayed in the spa suite and didn’t use the spa as it had knobs missing and was dirty. Check out was at 10am not 11. In a very sketch neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable though.

Great but
The restaurant was closed for the season, but the staff ordered us pizza and added cutlery and glasses and brought the food to our room. We paid for the meal at check out. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. We chose the hotel based on their website and other reviews. The room was as advertised. Its a five minute drive to the airport. The neighborhood didn't appear to be desirable, but that is typical Naples.

Very dissatisfied, and the outside of the building looks terrible. Avoid getting locked in the car park (by the automatic gate) as you'll have to climb a 7 foot fence to get help. Very poor

The receptionist , a young lady checked us in, she was lovely. We were there for one night only. That night my husband d requested a wake up call for 4 am on the 17th as we were catching a 7 am flight No wake up call was made and when we left the room and looked for the front desk clerk to order a cab for us at 4.30 am. There was nobody there. We had to look for him, and found his sleeping g in the staff room On your website you display their property with a round bed and a 4 star property. That room is a one only suite at the hotel. We got a double bed room,which was ok but the surrounding ding area of the hotel is full it’s garbage on the street and very run down. The property does not warrant 4 stars. We were tempted to cancel the reservation and go elsewhere. It we would ha e to pay for one night Disappointed

Extremely dirty neighborhood. Trash everywhere in the streets. There are beautiful neighborhoods in Naples bur where this hotel is located is trashy, ghetto and I’d even say unsafe. Trash bin in the bathroom had not been changed at check in. We found hair on the sheet. A loose plastic cover was on the bed. The sofa was not even vacuumed and you could see debris and dust. Extremely disappointed. If Expedia rates this a 4 star hotel, then I feel very sorry for it. This hotel is not recommended if you are in Naples. Don’t be fooled by the posh pictures like I was a SB try to save money.

You advised this is a 4 star. It is lucky to be one star. Water leaking on hallway floor, tv did not work. Best thing about hotel was maid. She cooked cleaned and was very nice

Please give this place a miss....
I’m sorry, I don’t normally do reviews but the experience of this hotel was so horrendous I feel it is important to let others know that in. O way will this hotel live up to your expectations. If you are expecting a cheap close to airport hotel...it is neither. 11 Euro taxi ride away! If you are expecting great design, as that is in the title, it isn’t. If you are expecting a dark, seedy, unclean, uncomfortable room with unfriendly service and basic food, then this is for you. And the location is in the dirtiest, noisiest, polluted and potentially dangerous location far from any facilities that you may require, such as shops or restaurants. I will leave it to you....

One night not to be repeated
We booked the hotel because it is close to the airport which is probably the best thing that can be said for it. The hotel is well past its best, with décor that gives the appearance that the rooms are rented by the hour by ladies of a certain profession. The location is best described as rough and best only accessed by taxi after dark.

We picked this hotel as we needed quick access to the airport for an early flight. the location to the airport is fine but the area around the hotel is very seedy and unattractive. The lobby and rooms need redecorating - very strange wall coverings and colors. Bathroom was ok - but no cups or glasses. Walls very thin. Beds ok.

Overall the hotel was very clean. The walls are paper thin, but the staff is very kind and want to help. Naples as a whole is a dump, but this hotel was a nice break from the city.

There is no 24 hour shuttle to take you from the hoyel to the airpirt as advertised. They will call you a taxi. The photos shown to advertise the totel are not acurate at all. The hotel was creepy no one inside except for the front desk clerk. The phones were out at thr hotel the intetnet was not working as well as the elevator. I cobtacted exprdia whi O booked the hotel from abd they are still unable to het ahold of thr hotel for us for reiumbursement since we left witjout staying due to the above information. I do not revomend this hotel.

Not a nice experience at Kleopatra hotel
The air conditioning was dirty and let a lot of unclean air into the already stuffy room. The elevator was broken, - we had a disabled person in our party and this caused a lot of difficulty. The toilet seat was loose and worn and needed replacement for hygienic reasons.
