The staff was very nice and responsive, making the check-in process smooth, especially since I had contacted them about arriving late—they ensured someone was there to greet me. The bathroom was spacious, and the bedroom was decent. Breakfast included eggs, cold-cuts, breads, tasty pastries and fruit. One thing to note is that while you can leave your baggage at the hotel, it’s stored in the front lobby, which felt a bit concerning at first. However, the staff assured us it wouldn’t be left unattended, and we took a leap of faith. Thankfully, everything went perfectly fine with our luggage. Overall, a nice stay!

Room was next to road and we hear everything from the outside. Hardly slept. The windows sound insulation was non existent. Staff service was good.

Naples is an absolutely insane place. It was intense and scary at times. But this hotel was wonderful, clean and the staff were fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a large family room with a kitchen area. The breakfast was great. Staff were really friendly. The only negative thing was the lack of soundproofing which was quite stressful as a family with young children. Otherwise everything was good.

The front desk staff at this hotel is fantastic. Very helpful, speaks english very well, and will bend over backward to help guests. The hotel is located in a very sketchy part of Naples, but close to the train/metro station. The room are modern and clean but the AC does not work very well and couldn't keep up with the Italy summer heat. We had trouble sleeping at night because it was so hot in our room. Not the hotel fault, but we couldn't wait to get out of Naples. The city is quite dirty and we felt unsafe most of the time.

NOT a 4 star!

This is NOT a 4 star hotel and is one of the worst hotels ive stayed at! If they advertised themselves as 2 star it would be better. First: hotel bathroom is DIRTY. Black mold in the shower, someone else’s dried soap on the shower handle, and a poorly worded sign telling you “most guests use their towel more than once.” The bathroom door was a rollout door that barely closed. Second: TERRIBLE bedroom! They didn’t even give us a blanket!!!! Just a bedsheet!!! And two pillows for two people, one soft, one memory foam. Third: the employees treat the space like their own home! The employees were yelling on the phone in personal conversations in the lobby the entire day and we even had to call at 11pm to say they woke us up (from a nap) because they were shouting on the phone. The employees and their friends or the owners sit in the lobby through the day with no room for guests. So unprofessional. They claim to have 24/7 concierge but there were many times at night no one was there or during the day. When we asked them to hold our bags they just put a piece of paper and left it out in the lobby for everyone to see or take because they have “cameras.” Fourth: you hear EVERY noise from your bedroom. People walking above you, street noise, and all the noise from the hall and lobby. Terrible. This was a bad experience. It’s located in a street with garbage and cockroaches. The only thing that was good was the A/C. If they advertised themselves as 2 star i wouldn’t complain.

My family and I spent one night at this hotel. We had a wonderful stay. Maritza at reception was very helpful, checked us in quickly, and after we settled in she provided us with maps, food recommendations, which sites to see, and the closest metro lines to travel around. At checkout provided us directions to the port. The room was really nice with a double and twin, kitchenette with a medium size fridge and freezer, dining table, 2 closets, and a desk. Has blackout shadea which was great to sleep in. It was very clean. The shower could use an upgrade but it was fine. The location is great as there are shops, bars, and restaurants in walking distance. It's down a side street which has a few closed places. Naples is more of an urban city that provides great food, shopping, and diversity. Highly recommend.
