This new remodeled luxury ground floor Coral Falls condo is within the Lely Golf and Country club Resort in Naples, Florida! It is thoughtfully updated with all new coastal décor and furniture, all new granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, tile and wood flooring throughout and newer appliances. We are in a peaceful location, but just a hop away in the car to Naples beaches or Marco Island beaches, lots of entertainment, restaurants, and shopping in downtown Naples and Marco Island. Or take a 30 minute drive to Bonita Springs beaches. Beach chairs/loungers, beach blanket, beach towels, umbrella , bag and coolers are provided for you. Everything you'll need to sit back and relax and enjoy our beautiful beaches and sunsets. You can be as adventuresome or as laid back as you’d like. We have two new mountain bikes you may uses if you like to take a ride through the beautiful Lely resort. This spacious condo is air conditioned with an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, screened in lanai, laundry room with washer and dryer. Sleeps 6. The Master Bedroom comes equipped with a flat screen TV, a gorgeous King-size bed, an en-suite bath and walk in closet. Ceiling fans in all rooms. The second bedroom has two comfy single beds that can be pushed together if desired to make it a king size bed. We have all new linens, bedding, towels, as well as a new (2020) sofa with a queen size memory foam mattress, two new reclining accent chairs in the living room, and also all new patio furniture and area rug for the lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and is fully ready to prepare food for eating-in and, unlike some sparsely furnished rentals, you will find an abundance of cutlery, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, pot/pans, Keurig and traditional coffeemakers, toaster and much much more. When not relaxing on the beach or off on an adventure, you can lay back and enjoy one of three flat-screen TV’s with cable service. We also have a computer desk and chair set up in the guest bedroom, free Wi-Fi included. Perfect for those who needs a workcation! Sliding glass doors lead you to a screened-in lanai where you can enjoy tranquil and private views of the landscaped backyard. Our condo is steps away from the pool area, enjoy a nice relaxing day at the swimming pool with the beautiful waterfall feature, or relax in the hot tub while taking in the views of the flowers and wooded preserve that surround the resort. The Sundeck area is where you can enjoy morning coffee, where there is table and chairs with umbrellas or just soak up the sun. Surrounding the pool area, there are Tiki Huts with tables and seating; barbecue grills for you to use as well. Starbucks, Publix, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Naples is home to many activities - boating, water sports, golf, nature, kayaking tours, lots of great restaurants, shopping and night life. A booklet is provided to locate the attraction, activities, shopping, nightlife and so on. Our condo sleeps up to 6 people. Weekly or monthly rentals available. *7 night minimum stay required. (Saturday-Saturday) I am happy to provide a smoke-free environment. Smokers are invited to step outside in the designated smoking areas.

**Pet Policy Overview per HOA**
Our community's pet policy is designed to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents and their furry companions. As stated in the documents, the total weight of all pets within a unit should not exceed 50 pounds. Additionally, all dogs must be kept on a leash when outside of the unit.

** Host Pet Policy Rules **
 Approval and picture of pet is required before the final approval.
 Hypoallergenic pets and small pets are preferred, owner has pet allergies
 Please refrain pets from laying on any of the furniture, including the bedrooms, sofa, chairs.
 All dogs/cats must be potty trained. Also, when walking your dog, please pick up after your pet. There are bags located in the rear of the parking lot, and dispose in the large dumpsters located outside in the parking lot.
 Pets must be under 50 lbs, again the host/owner has the final say if a pet is allowed or not into their rental.


** Pet Fees: **
 Pet fee is $50.00 for weekly rentals and/or a $50.00 per month, for rentals more than 21 + days.
 There will be an additional $120.00 cleaning fee for pets.

 If any damage is done from renters pet, please be aware the $250.00 security deposit fee will be collected by the owner through VRBO.

 However if significate property damage happens, there will be an additional fee charged. Renter must comply to pay within 7 business days from departure.
