The Space:
Step inside the welcoming family room, flooded with natural light from multiple windows. Kick back and indulge in entertainment on the brand new wall-mounted Smart TV, offering basic cable. Gorgeous polished tile flooring flows throughout our vacation rental, adding a touch of elegance.

A small hallway leads you to the open-concept kitchen, boasting sleek stainless steel appliances and a large window that invites the outdoors in. Gather around the high-top dining set, bathed in the glow of a charming chandelier, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

Retreat to the serene main bedroom situated at the rear left of the home. Unwind in the plush King-sized bed and open the French doors for direct access to the lanai. A dresser with a TV and a nightstand provide convenience and comfort. The attached en suite bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower and a single sink vanity.

On the right side of the home, you'll find two additional bedrooms. The second bedroom, located in the back right corner, offers two windows and a closet. The third bedroom boasts a cozy Queen bed, and all three bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for optimal comfort. These rooms share the second full-sized bathroom, complete with a shower and tub combo, single vanity, and stylish tile surround. Conveniently, this bathroom can be easily accessed by your daytime guests too.

Outside, revel in the fully fenced backyard enveloped by native and subtropical plantings. The 6' fence provides privacy and safety while allowing ample space for your children to play. Dive into the refreshing pool as the southern exposure ensures abundant sunshine year-round.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
