Santa Cruz Lakeside Retreat - 10

A tranquil location very close to all happenings in the area. We are only 3 miles from Bayfront, 5th Ave, and 3rd Street. 5th runs West for several blocks ending at the Gulf of Mexico. 3rd St ties into it just at the West end. Both 5th Ave and 3rd St are loaded with shopping and restaurants. All roads heading West end at the Gulf and all beaches are open for public use. We are blocks from Publix grocery that is in a small mall housing a Publix Grocery, and great Italian and Mexican restaurants. We have recently built a new heated salt water pool. The pool is private and is only used by our small community of 4 condominiums.

Wonderful Property, Caring Owner

We just loved our stay! Michael is a thoughtful and caring owner. The condo is exactly as shown in photos, even better and well stocked and maintained. We loved the walking trail around the lake and proximity to groceries, restaurants, ( 1 minute away), but also the privacy. We were a short drive to beaches and all that Naples had to offer. We re-booked while we were there!

Relaxing, luxurious home.

This a beautifully furnished and well-equipped home complete with a spa-like bathroom and plentiful kitchen utensils. Our toddler loved the birds, squirrels, rabbits, and turtles around the pretty lake.

Beyond Expectations

The lodging is exceptional. It is located in a quiet attractive residential area. The homes circle a large peaceful lake with a walking patch surrounding it. Micheal, the owner, went out of his way to make our stay most enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place to our friends.

Conference travel

I was in town for a conference and this was a great place to stay! It was exactly like the pictures. The beverages and snacks were a nice surprise! The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time at the beach and there were beach towels and chairs at the house for us to use. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay here again!

Fantastic vacation

We were pleasantly surprised. Nicely decorated, lovely balcony on the 2nd floor. Great location on King's Lake. We walked around the lake and neighborhood every day.. Wonderful host! Neighbors are very close so it could use a privacy screen on patio but overall our 3 weeks were great.

Condo is comfortable, well-stocked and easy to live in. The location is central to nearly everywhere we went. Lake was lovely to walk. Michael, the owner, is very gracious and helpful with dining suggestions, etc. We loved it!

The stay was delightful. We enjoyed the home and Michael was very helpful.

The property is as promised. The kitchen is very nice including the generous snacks provided. The property is comfortable and modern. Loved the upstairs sitting room. Michael was very helpful. The light bulb in the downstairs bath was out and Michael promptly replaced it. One suggestion:t: The floor of the downstairs bath is very slick. A mat would be helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our 12-day stay here! The property owner, Michael, was super communicative and attentive. The location is just perfect for exploring Naples, and we enjoyed walking around the beautiful neighborhood and lake. The condo was well-stocked, comfortable, and clean. Relaxing getaway

Nice location with a 1 mile sidewalk around the little lake. Great place to walk the dog or yourself. Lots of friendly people doing the walk. Michael was a great host and the property is lovely. We had everything we needed and then some. +++ that dogs are welcome at the rental and in the neighborhood!

Great location, newly remodeled condo

This rental is in the Kings Lake neighborhood of Naples which means it's about 10 minutes from the city's elegant shopping district of 5th Ave. and 3rd St. More importantly, it's only 15-minutes from Naples' very accessible public beaches and magnificent pier. While close to the action, the Kings Lake community is a quiet refuge of single family homes and condos well insulated from the busy traffic and bustle of downtown Naples. The condo is adjacent to the community's large, namesake lake with an excellent one-mile paved exercise track running around its shores. This lake is home to a great variety of wading and shore birds and perfect for walking, biking or in-line skating. A quaint footbridge over the lake is ideal for feeding aquatic turtles and ducks .... bring bread crumbs. The condo itself is newly renovated with an updated kitchen and remodeled baths. Most of the furniture is new and very comfortable. An outdoor shaded patio area is off the great room. Manager/owner Michael is five minutes away and very responsive if questions arise. We heartily recommend this unit as a great way to enjoy Naples and its many attractions.

Wonderful townhome!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This home was spotless and super comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom features an awesome rainfall shower. And don't miss out on the lake. Beautiful setting with a great paved walking path.

Best Stay in Naples

Close to everything. 1.2 mile walking path around a lake behind the townhouse. Close to Marco Island. Pictures do not do the place justice! It is wonderful and lovely. We will definitely be back!
