Close to the beach and shopping/restaurants
This was our first time staying in Naples. We had visited the beach at the pier last year when staying about 15 miles inland so we knew we liked the beach. We stayed for just 4 nights and only ate out once since we had food with us, but we loved being so close to the beach, and to 3rd St South. We ate at Ridgway one night - excellent! and we enjoyed the shopping, all the fancy cars, etc.

Nice Condo in the heart of Old Naples!
Shannon and her husband have a lovely condo in between the 3rd St. restaurants, shops and the beach. Just step out the door and it’s a three minute walk either way. Farmer’s market was just a stone’s throw away. Great beds, furnishings and all round decor. Everything we needed including beach equipment and plenty of towels. Good sized pool too. Very responsive host and they answered all our questions. We would absolutely stay here again for a week or more. Thank you both for a wonderful listing and stay!

The location is excellent because the property is in a great neighbourhood, within walking distance of the ocean and main streets. Unfortunately, the owner of this property was not forthcoming and did not advise us that there would be loud construction (tractors, chainsaws, etc.) on the condo property right outside the door of the unit, scheduled during our entire 4 night stay. Construction, starting at 8:30 am, affected our enjoyment of the unit and the safety around the pool area. The owner went MIA and did not respond when these issues were raised, in writing, during our stay. We were told, by other owners, that the HOA advised all owners of the construction many weeks ahead of our stay. We would have sought other accommodations had we been told in advance. FYI furnishings in this unit are basic eg. no hanging space for renters to hang dresses/suits/long garments, only open shelves in bedrooms no dressers, no full length mirror, minimal decor; no in-unit washer/dryer and no patio or outdoor area or clothes hanger to dry wet towels or bathing suits; mattress in secondary bedroom is just OK; very little sound proofing between units or outdoors. We would recommend NOT renting this unit (even after the construction is complete) or any unit rented by these specific owners. There are many other great units available for rent in the complex and in the neighbourhood.

The location is unbelievable. It is across the street to the Beach and in the other direction there is access to all these great restaurants and even a gas station for supplies. Pool is pretty nice as well.

The place is a bit older but everything was clean and everything we needed was there. Location is good with just a short walk to Naples pier and restaurants and shopping. Nice pool and beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Would have liked a bigger tv and a tv in the bedroom but other than that stay was good.

Best Vacation Ever
This location could not be more perfect for a family with small children. With the beach close by & the heated pool, the kids were so happy and active all day. We were grateful for the beach gear provided for our use at the property, also! We flew in and it was not feasible to bring our own stuff. The apartment itself was exactly what we needed and as described. The layout was great and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very small, especially the "kids" bathroom. But we were there with small children, so it was not a big deal. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and a few dinners at home. My only recommendation for other future tenants would be to take seriously the request of the property manager to wash sand off your gear and self before entering the property. Our children were regularly running ahead of us into the property after a day at the beach and they dragged sand into the living room and 2nd bed/bath area. The only equipment available for cleaning was a broom, which we tried a few times to use to sweep up the sand. But, you know, we were on vacation and did not spend a lot of time cleaning the floor that week. Evolve reached out after checkout to ask us to provide additional compensation for the cleaning crew for the extra floor cleaning and some other items, which we worked out. It was fine, but next time we stay at the Mariner, we'll definitely make the kids wash off their feet before they enter the apartment.

Cozy place in heart of Naples
This location of this property was perfect. It is a cozy place with all the amenities you need. It was only a 1 minute walk to the beach and 3 minute walk to the 3rd street south. We had a great time and would recommend this location to anyone who wants to be in the mix of things.

Perfect location
We had a great time staying here. You can't beat the location, only walk a block west and you're on the beach. Walk a block east and you're at Tommy Bahamas and several other restaurants and shops. This is a classical style Florida place. If you are expecting a high-rise condo with a view of the beach you will be disappointed. Our rooms were spotless and had beautiful decorations throughout. The pool was excellent when you got tired of the ocean. They had stocked everything you might need except food. We really appreciated the beach umbrella, chairs, and cooler. We had two bedrooms - only used one. Two bathrooms, two TVs - never turned either one on. And a nice little kitchen. You get your own parking spot so you never have to worry about parking. We are ready to go back!
