Room was big and spacious. The location is near Narita airport but otherwise very recluse. There's some wear and tear that can be seen. Room was okay otherwise but we found last visitors possession under the ved which indicates the cleaning is not that detailed. Free amenities. Free bus to/from airport and to Narita Station and Aeon mall

Little oldish in style, room got a little warm. Other wise nice, staff was extra nice. The bus service was rough with the bags, despite request to be careful with my carry on.

Every thing is old. A makeover would be nice. The shuttle to the airpirt is great! A good hotel to spend a night before leaving but not more. It's nearly unpossible to get by foot there.
