The hotel is not too far by train from Narita airport and because we were heading away from the city the queue to get tickets and for the train were not long. In contrast, the queues to get tickets to Tokyo city were massive!
From the train station the hotel is close if you go down the series of escalators (if you go straight onto the street you'll have to walk around the long way).
The selection of amenities was the best out of all the hotels we stayed in Japan, and included toothbrush and paste, razor and cream, English Breakfast teabags, drip coffee bags, creamer and sugar.
The room was tiny and the carpet was shabby, but it was very clean.
