2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpy duplex yhden tarinan. Koti oli juuri päättynyt täysin uusittu, uudet mukavat vuoteet, viihtyisät olohuoneen kalusteet, kaikki päivitetyt kylpyhuoneet, keittiökoneet ja suuri katettu terassi, jossa on yksityinen aidattu takapiha.
Kotia hallinnoi omistaja / kiinteistönhoitoyhtiö

Yksi tarina kotiin, josta on helppo pääsy runsaalla pysäköintialueella.

Tämä koti sijaitsee vain 1,6 km: n päässä historiallisesta Franklinin keskustasta, josta löydät monia vähittäiskaupan kauppoja ja upeita ravintoloita, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kauniilta Pinkerton Parkilta, kadun varrella Franklinin tehtaalta lauantaiaamuna maanviljelijöiden markkinoilla, ainutlaatuisia kauppoja, ravintoloita , ja viihde, ja pari minuuttia Cool Springs monia muita ravintoloita, ostos-ja hauskaa.

Koti oli juuri täysin uusittu. Päivitetty keittiö, jossa on runsaasti kaappitilaa, varastointia ja aseiden metallilaitteita. Wifi ja digitaalinen tv, mukavat uudet vuoteet, kaikki liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet, paperituotteet - ensimmäiset 2 rullia wc-paperia ja 1 rullapyyhkeet.

Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu paikan päällä, jossa on silityslauta ja silitysrauta. Pyynnöstä on saatavilla myös lapsiperheille sopiva pakkaus ja syöttötuoli.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta The Factory. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja pation.

Comfortable in great neighborhood!
We particularly like the fenced in backyard for our dog. And there is a wonderful park around the corner and easy walk. The property is comfortable in all the right places, including the bed. Everything was clean and made our stay quite comfortable.

Great location, basic accommodations
It was a perfect location for our girlfriends group! The keyless entry lock was troublesome because one of the buttons did not work well. We struggled with that each time we had to use our code. The inside was very clean, but very basic decor and toiletries/bedding. We always felt safe and had all the essentials we needed. We did not use the backyard space, but it looked very nice. The location made this place GREAT!

Booking this property was easy and the check-in was easy. The house was just as depicted in the pictures and was very comfortable. Our children, who are live in Nashville, were able to visit with us and there was plenty of room for eating meals together and watching football. The beds are on the soft side which my husband enjoyed. Check-out was easy and we look forward to being able to book another stay in this home.

Lovely stay in Franklin
Large home allowed the 2 of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. Clean and spacious bathrooms and kitchen had all appliances one could want. About one mile from the center of town - very convenient! We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Convenient location
We stayed here for a long weekend to visit friends and tour parts of Franklin. The house is located very close to downtown . The bedrooms were spacious and well equipped bathrooms. Kitchen and living area were spacious and comfortable and also comfortably equipped. The backyard had comfortable lawn furniture and was fenced so that it was not a worry to let my dog outside. Overall, I would recommend and would stay again!

Great stay “A home away from home”
Our first time using Vrbo, the owners of the property we stayed at were very helpful and made the process easier for us as well. They answered all questions we before we booked in a timely manner and were available for assistance if needed. Travelling with our pets we found this place very spacious and private. Plenty of amenities to make it feel like your home away from home. Great location close to everything. Dont miss biscuit love or chop house both with mins and recommended by hosts.

The master bedroom bed was too soft The back yard fence between units needs replaced as it was just propped up with a rock on the other unit side (dog friendly but that dbl gate would have gone down if my dog was a jumper it was very flimsy) if I could send pictures I would The patio door was loose needs plate where dead bolt lock goes in same I took pictures it was a quite place to stay convenient

Perfect location for visiting the Franklin/Leiper's Fork area! Wish we had stayed longer! This was a perfect place for two couples. Two bathrooms are a must for us! The house was very well stocked and clean.

Great Location
We were in town for The Pilgrimage Festival in September 2023 and the property was perfect for our family. We were able to walk to the festival and neighborhood felt very safe. A couple of minor issues when we arrived but one text to Melissa and she was on top of it. 30 minute drive to Nashville taking the backroads through Brentwood was a great way to avoid interstate traffic. We would recommend this location and would stay here again if our travels take us to this area.

Disappointed
This house looked nothing like the pictures. As soon as I pulled up I could tell immediately this place was not being taken care of with old leaves everywhere. The backyard was covered in leaves with old limbs which being a home owner I could see the leaves were old. The patio furniture was dirty. I started to prepare for my morning coffee using the Keurig but something told me to run plain water 1st to make sure nothing else would be in my coffee. Well good thing I did because all this stuff came out in my clear measuring cup which I took pictures. Honestly I found that to be completely disgusting. The home inside overall was clean, but for the money I wouldn’t stay here again. The outside needs a good cleanup including the coffee maker.
