Great golf house
We came to Nashville to play golf for four days. The houses were centrally located near golf and downtown. We were able to sleep our guys with their own rooms. The houses were very comfortable and allowed us to relax after golf. We cooked 2 meals at the house and had a great time Would definitely recommend the houses for large groups.

Loved our stay
Large kitchen and plenty of space. Kids would have liked more televisions , but they survived. The fridge was huge and held enough food for our stay. We enjoyed the gas range and griddle for pancakes. Definitely recommend . Hosts always responded to our inquiries.

Wedding weekend
We enjoyed family & friends for a wedding. The complaint was that we could not use one bedroom at all due to an invasion of bugs. A certain type of lady bug that was not to be killed. One of the family members left early because of this inconvenience. I truly hope you can get it taken care of.

Plenty of Space
We had four family's from our softball team staying together. There was more than enough bathroom and sleeping space for our group. We also were able to cook every meal at the house for the entire week. I will say that simply cooking pasta did set off the smoke alarm; it seemed especially sensitive. It would be nice if each bedroom had a ceiling fan since the air is regulated (completly understand why, but the middle aged women were hot 😉). My only true complaint is that we had to buy extra hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels; there was not enough provided to get us through the week. If you are only going to provide the minimum of those types of amenities it would be helpful if it was communicated with your guests. Overall the home was lovely and a great fit for our group.

There were some minor imperfections of the property, but it didnt affect our stay. Hosts were very responsive & very helpful. Was roomy enough for our group. Wish there was more to do on the rooftop with the extra space, such as yard games. We would recommend.

It was the perfect place to stay for our group. The listing was accurate except it listed one room as having a king bed but instead it had two queens which was actually more preferable to our group. It was an easy Uber ride from downtown and all the action yet far enough to be a calm retreat. I would recommend it for your group.

Truth !
This property is beautiful and big but there was so many privacy concerns the blinds have a huge gap in rooms on both sides so I was not comfortable changing clothes curtains would have fixed this issue ! Police was riding through our home warning us there was a man breaking in the homes and to be careful! The towels was folded nice but the smell of them was not fresh ! The bedrooms areas have no TV s at all so kids had no entertainment the pool room has a TV and living room so we actually ended up going outside so the kids can have the TV the host was extremely nice check in was smooth small issue buy was easily fixed nothing bad to say about host but due to lack tv, low cleanliness , privacy issues from being easily spyed on through gap in blinds only way to park is in back meaning u have to travel down alley I can't rent this again cleaning fee makes no since didn't feel clean

Before arrival owner was very accommodating to our questions. Once we arrived the house exceeded the pictures. Room for a big group of 12 like we had with lots of beds, towels, dishes, everything we needed. Very easy to get downtown as well. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for groups and great location!
We had a group of 8 and this home worked out perfectly! The home is larger in person. Great common space on the main and 2nd levels and plenty of outdoor patio space, too! A quick 10 minute Uber to Broadway and also just a couple minute to 5 points neighborhood. The home was well stocked, well lit and secure. Highly Recommend!

A group of us stayed here for my brothers bachelor party and everything about the stay was great. House was great, accommodated all of us comfortably and was conveniently located to downtown. Owners were responsive for all questions and checked on us when a bad storm came through the area. 5 star rating!
