Such a bummer
The room is so cold and dreary and clearly made for easy sanitizing. Everything is gray. The toilet is way too close to the counter. The bottom sheet was a flat sheet and wasn’t on at the bottom, so when we got in bed our feet were on the mattress pad.

AC Marriott Nashville was an absolute pleasure to stay in during my birthday girl's trip. The facility and staff was wonderful. The entire hotel was decorated for the holidays. One of the surprising and thoughtful touches was lavender satchels were located outside the elevator to take back to your room for a good night's sleep.

Loved the RTB, even though the bartenders were a bit detached. Great view! Hal's was awesome! Didn't like the panhandlers right outside the front door, kept us from going out much. It might have just been a timing thing, but my companion is quite a bit on edge these days with random attacks in busy areas.

Room was not ready when I showed up, had to wait almost 2 hours for my room. The room I paid for was a non ADA room and they put me in an ADA room. The bath room stunk like mold and the shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. The mane living room had big windows that leaked when it rained, it rained for 2 days and it fill the living room with water.

We stayed for 5 days 4 nights, beautiful area. It was a bit noisy on Friday & Saturday nights, we heard everything from outside. The bathroom lights were very dim. We got the king suite it looked more like a dorm Room than a suite, I think it was because it was a handicapped room, could of been my fault. Overall 4 stars for the service.
