We were upset that the Hotel parking lot was attacked by people breaking into approx half the vehicles at the hotel. Costing the owners approx $500 extra to have their windows fixed. I don't understand why with all the hotels in the area all of them get together and hire security for over night. They could divide the cost. Very upsetting that we had to put out extra money to have our car fixe. At the desk they told us that the police would not come for a break in unless guns wete involved. Please look into hiring security for night time. I am sure the other hotel would split the cost. Please email me

Excellent service in all areas. Breakfast was extensive and server was so friendly and helpful. Very clean facility. Room was serviced daily. Glass tumblers and ceramic coffee cups in room. Close to Grand Ole Opry.
