Nashville
This house was perfect for a stay in Nashville. Located just a short drive to downtown Nashville and super close to the Grand Ole Opry, while still being in a quite neighborhood. Everything you can imagine you need is provided. The home is super clean and the beds are comfy. The host notified us that the house was ready early and we could get in before 4 p.m., which was super convenient. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville.

The location was perfect! Easy to get to Opryland, downtown and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our stay. The patio is nice to sit out and enjoy the weather. The check-in processes was easy and there was off street parking which was nice. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen had everything you needed.

This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The yard is nicely kept and we loved sitting out on the back 'porch', having our coffee, soaking in the sun and birdsong (and the LOUD cicadas). The fan was a nice touch to cool things off some. Excellent location for Opry Mils and the restaurants and attractions there. Broadway isn't too far away either. House was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Many amenities thoughtfully included.

First time to Nashville.
Jennifer welcome us to the house with an email stating it was ready early and we could check in at anytime. The house was clean and welcoming with lists how to run the TV's, how to leave the house when done, a book with things to see and do around Nashville,along with place's to eat. The house was well stocked with cooking gear, one of the best house I have seen. It was quite at night even though we were close to the airport. with places to eat.

The house was perfect for what we needed for a 5 day stay. Kitchen was a little tight with the 3 of us staying but we found ourselves on the back patio a few nights which was nice. Water pressure was great, and AC kept it very comfortable in the house. Would stay again.

Cute, clean & cozy
My sister and I stayed here during the July 4th holiday for a conference at the Gaylord. This was a great ideal. We we just 1.5 miles away which allowed us to Uber to and from the conference center for $8 versus paying $37 to self park and $50 to vallet park. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the house was well equipped. I would definitely stay again if I visited Nashville. Communication was great and the check in and out process was a breeze.

Overall it’s an amazing place and very convenient to the airport as well as the action of downtown Nashville. I feel the cleaning fee and (unnecessary) mandatory insurance really should be lessened or done away with as they basically double the amount you pay. That’s just me venting 😁.

Location, Location, Location
STOP SEARCHING NOW!!!! Jennifer’s place is first class. Arriving after a long and arduous travel day it was a nice touch to be greeted with some snacks, coffee and water and a welcome message from Jennifer to make sure we had checked in alright. The house is lovely and quaint and the best AC we have ever came across which was needed in the heat. The house has a lovey back garden which was good to sit in the sun which bathes the garden all day and bake on a lounger or in the shade of the patio with a coffee in the morning. The house has everything needed for your stay and has no need to ask for anything else. We had a rental car for our two weeks but could have easily got around with Uber. Opry mills and a selection of eateries are about 2 miles away which you could walk if you wanted and the Grand old opry is right across from opry mills also to get your country music fix. Downtown is about 10 miles away and easy to get to with usually quiet traffic. As I said Location, Location, Location this place is perfect and would hope to be back to stay at Jennifer’s place, always available to text with any query and replied very quickly. You will be hard pushed to find a place as ideal as this, don’t delay book right away sta ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+
