I liked the fact that the hotel was so close to many downtown attractions. Our room was very well laid out, and we had the most wonderful shower with good water pressure! Things to improve: I'd like to see more food options on the menu. And most importantly, please have the mandatory fire inspections which require loss of hot water in guest rooms to be scheduled during night time hours, not in the mornings during prime shower-and-get-ready hours!!!

Staff was very nice, room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was only from 6-9, after it was closed you had to go off the property to get coffee or breakfast. You could probably walk around in the day, but it was too dark and desolate at night, had to take a cab, due to homeless sleeping on the streets.

Not quite luxury but good stay
Nice room. Neighbors partied all night two nights. Locked their deadbolt open so door banged constantly as people entered. Cold water shower one morning . Great location for all downtown attractions. Breakfast never varied. Eggs sausage potatoes.. housekeeping only every 3-4 days.
