If you are looking to be right in the thick of it, this is the place for you! We were seconds from Broadway. If bar hopping is your scene, this is the place for you (gave 3 stars to area because it's not really my scene and there are a lot of homeless people close by). Things we liked: convenience, not terribly priced, clean, quiet even though we were right next to the elevator, rooftop restaurant breakfast was delicious and fairly reasonable for the location and the serving size Things we didn't love: no window (just the building layout, nothing personal), the mirror shelf is a little in the way when you brush your teeth, a little loud at the check in bar (yes, you check in at the bar) Overall, very interesting place. Small but cozy room, very hip vibe, just interesting but not in a bad way.

You cannot find a better location. Just steps away from Broadway strip. Next door to everything. It was quiet despite being between two restaurants/bars. Exceeded our expectations.

Excellent location. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room needs a little upgrade for the price. The temperature was difficult to regulate- it was either too cold or too hot. I had a few cold showers. Shower is European style without a full door, so difficult to get warm in there. Bathroom lighting is quite dim. Hate to be nit picky but room door has a frosted window with a shade, but very bright light from hall comes in. Room was not a comfy place to relax for a bit (chairs were incredibly uncomfortable). The neighborhood is loud, which is as to be expected, and there is a white noise is a white noise machine in the room, which was helpful. The noise was not a problem for us. All in all it was a nice place to stay in a great location it for the price, I wish the rooms were a bit more comfortable.

We have stayed at other Moxy properties and always loved it. This one was very convenient to broadway and everything is walkable. However, the water doesnt get hot or stay hot in the shower. Also on our last day, I asked for a late checkout knowing half the hotel is empty and was told that they only let people with Marriott Bonvoy special statuses get late checkouts. Then said we could have an extra 30 mins. So here we are sitting in the hotel lobby for 3 hours before we are to leave for the airport. There is no reason they couldn't offer a late checkout. Property is cute and convenient but staff are not helpful.

Very uncomfortable beds. Extremely small room. Terrible ac unit, room was always hot. Plastic cups at the bar. Coffee service was challenging. Front desk crew acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Sewage smell in our room.

Nice facilities.. rooms were nice and clean.. the down side was the lobby had a scent that sprayed out every couple of minutes that was very annoying and smelled like a stale Christmas tree.. overpowering! Lack of good hot water in shower and sinks and terrible coffee because they ran out of filters and were improvising..

This property is in a perfect location and the rooms are super cute but I think it's more for someone traveling light for no more than a weekend trip (3 nights max). The front desk are the bartenders so sometimes it was hatd to get extra towels, toilet paper, etc. Although they were great bartenders are very nice, they really need a separate staff to tend to the people staying in the hotel rooms.
