Private studio loft, fully furnished with private entrance in hip historic East Nashville. We follow Vrbo’s enhanced cleaning rules and have a contact-free check-in and checkout processes.
We are within walking distance are local coffee shops, entertainment options and award-winning restaurants. We are 4 blocks from Five Points, 1.7 miles from Nissan Stadium and 2.2 miles from Downtown and Broadway. A 3 to 4 minute wait for an Uber is about average with inexpensive fares to popular destinations. There are grocery stores and a pharmacy one block away. You certainly won't need your own ride while you're here. The neighborhood is completely safe with lots of foot traffic, and awesome neighbors. This is a studio apartment with queen bed, fully furnished kitchen, comfortable living area, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, full sized oven, and refrigerator. I will provide coffee, tea, filtered water and sugar for your coffee. Guests can come and go as they'd like, access the studio anytime by entering our privacy gate on the side of our house and a keypad entrance for easy checkin. The patio and backyard are really pleasant, surrounded by herb and flower gardens when the season is right. Our priority is for you to feel comfortable. As someone who travels a lot, I understand the importance of privacy. We make sure not to impose on your space but are also available if you need any assistance or recommendations. Never hesitate to ask!

Another great experience
This is my second year staying at this property and had another wonderful experience! It was a little chilly when I arrived in Nashville but the studio was nice and cozy warm! The studio was very clean and had all the things I needed. The location for me is perfect! Right around the corner from my daughter’s, Hannah Bee’s for coffe, Walgreens and two grocery stores on one end and on the other an awesome selection of restaurants.

We loved our get away in Nashville and this Loft was perfect! It was beautiful, clean, in a great location and had everything that we needed. Wonderful Property
The hosts are wonderful people. The property is very clean and separated from the main home. Lots of plants and a couple cats that are so sweet and loving roam outside. The area is nice and a Lyft is always close. Average 8-10 dollars to get to broadway from this property. Will use this place again a recommend to friends!

Perfect location
Our hosts were awesome and so knowledgeable of the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this immaculate gem. Quiet neighborhood, wide street with convenient parking right in front of property. Wonderful stay!
Perfect location for seeing the sights and enjoying some time in Nashville! The loft was so clean, modern, and Donna had so many special little touches (toiletries in the bathroom and snacks in the kitchen) that it made our stay even better! Donna also was so helpful when it came to where to eat, what to see, and how to get to our destinations. Excellent stay!
