*Our guests can enjoy the entire apartment. Access instructions to the building will be given prior to check- in. We have smart locks for self checkin
★ We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.
WE THOUGHT ABOUT YOU: Travelers will enjoy the freedom and privacy of a large apartment, yet with the details and quality of a hotel experience. Eco-conscious travelers will find zero waste market tote bags, plastic-free amenities, biodegradable and vegan toiletries. For families traveling with small children, amenities are available upon request (ie. crib, play mat and high chair). And for the work-from-home type, we know that consistent reliable WiFi is an absolute MUST for any vacation/stay, and each unit has its own private high-speed WiFi for you to use. Your host will help you from the beginning to the end, to prepare your trip, welcome you at check-in and assist you during your stay.
HOST's PRESENCE:
Your host will be physically available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. From 5:00 pm to 8 pm, your host will be available by phone. After 8:00 PM, your host will be available for emergencies only (trouble accessing entry, plumbing-related incidents, noise complaint etc...).
GROCERY STORES:
Publix West End is located approximately 5 minutes away by car
Produce Place: a local, organic shop with bulk section, is located 7 min away
PARK:
Centennial Park is located 10 minutes away by foot or 4 minutes away by car
Love Circle Park offers a panoramic view over the City and is only a 15-min walk from Mason Lofts

**Please note that we provide amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. If guests want additional amenities, this will be at the cost of the guests.
Checkout Instruction:
We ask that prior to check out you
-Start a load of laundry (we ask that you prioritize the towels first)
-We as that you take the trash out ( the trash is located outside of the garage)
-Ensure to turn off the lights
-Log out of all streaming accounts
1) Please note that a pre-checkin link will be sent to you after the reservation is confirmed. During this process you will need to:
- Sign a rental agreement
- Provide a picture ID
2) This building is pet-free
3) This is a smoke-free environment
4) For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
5) Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
6) Please only use the parking spots that are dedicated to your unit. ~Parking limited to 2 vehicles per apt
7) Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
8) No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
9) For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
10) Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
11) No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
12) Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay
13) For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
