Cute cottage
Our family of 3 stayed here for 4 nights over the holidays to visit family. It was decorated really cute for the holidays and very comfortable for us. Beth was easy to communicate with and the place is very clean and well stocked. The location is terrific, a nice neighborhood and close to a smaller Kroger that makes it easy to pick up a few groceries. We will definitely plan to stay again the next time we are in town.

50th Birthday Girl's Weekend
If I could rate this property higher, I would! My friend and I came to Nashville to celebrate our 50th birthdays, and Beth was the perfect host! The house is immaculate, completely stocked with all the little things you need, comfortable beds and living spaces, close to downtown (EASY to get around using Lyft/Uber or driving if you explore 12 South and outlying areas), and perfect in every way. Beth was so sweet to surprise us with a birthday cake upon arrival - I mean how fun is that?! Excellent communication all around, too! You will not be disappointed; this place is a gem! We will return when we come back to Nashville!!

Perfect location and the cutest bungalow for a Nashville getaway. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beth was an excellent host. I needed something mailed to me and she helped make it work out in a timely manner. The bungalow was perfect for my friend and I .Everything we needed. Very comfortable. Fantastic Home
My 2 girlfriends and I just spent a week at this lovely home and loved it. In fact, I can't wait to bring my husband here and spend more time there. First of all, Beth is such a gracious hostess. Friendly, helpful and always there when we needed anything. The home itself is super cute, located in a gorgeous & historic neighborhood, and is perfectly located to see everything Nashville has to offer and believe me, we saw everything. I use vrbo all the time and have never stayed at property that was so well stocked with anything and everything we might need or want during our stay. From cream for the coffee to sunscreen & bug spray and even a sewing kit for an emergency repair. Beth has thought things out so thoroughly that you will want for nothing. I highly recommend this property and I'll definitely be back.

Loved the property and the attention to detail. The area felt safe and fun to explore. The home was decorated in a cool Nashville vibe. Only suggestions to improve would be the bathroom plumbing, tub controls and toilet needs to be comfort height. Hot water supply was inconsistent. Overall great experience!!

As soon as we walked in the door at the Rosewood bungalow, we felt right at home! Beth and Brian added special touches for my sister‘s birthday and it meant so much! We were able to relax in the evening on the front patio and felt extremely safe walking through the neighborhood. It was a great home away from home. Nashville Gem!
This was the perfect house for my friend and I to use as our base as we explored Nashville! The house is adorable, in a great neighborhood, and the host Beth has thought of everything!! The beds and pillows are super comfy, the bath towels soft and large. Plus, there is a perfect area in the front yard for morning coffee or cocktails in the evening. There are so many extra nice touches that Beth provides! I highly recommend staying here.

Best place in Nashville!
This is our second stay at the Rosewood Bungalow and we were so glad to be back. Beth's place is so cozy and comfortable, in a great, walk-able neighborhood, and still super convenient to downtown. The owners have thought of everything you might need - the beds are super comfortable, the towels big and fluffy, and the kitchen is very well stocked. There is a basket full of suggestions for things to do and places to eat, and Beth is also very responsive to any inquiries. We'll see y'all next year!

The check-in procedure was easy. Communication was beyond expectation, decor, and cleanliness of the property was well above expectation. The host took care of all the little things. There was not one thing that we needed that wasn’t provided.
