Beautiful & comfortable house
We had a wonderful stay in Franklin. The house was incredibly clean and well appointed. For anyone considering this property, I tried to summarize pros and cons below. Pros: Great communication from the hosts. The kitchen was well stocked; I think it is the nicest kitchen we've encountered in a vacation rental. The couch was surprisingly comfortable and the large dining room table was a great space for working. Also, the water pressure in the shower was tremendous. The house seemed to be in a safe neighbor. Cautions: The house is an older home so the floors are a little uneven in places. There is a slight step when entering the dining area and the living room. (I only make note of this because I injured my ankle the week before our trip.) The bathrooms were well-stocked but the bathtub in the secondary bathroom needs to be reglazed. The enamel coating was chipped away. In the family rooms (kitchen/dining/living room), the only curtains are single layer sheer panels. I noticed this in the pictures but did not realize that the neighbors could see into the living room at night. The first night of our visit, I looked out the window and there was a man standing at the window of the next house. When he pulled his curtains back, I could clearly see into his house and I assume that he had the same clear view into the house we rented. It was disconcerting. Overall, we enjoyed the house and had a lovely visit.

Fun in Franklin
The home was comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed that the host left a nice variety of coffees as well as all the information of things to do in Franklin. Our only complaints were that there were many many nails and staples in the yard and driveway from a recent renovation. This wasn’t safe for our car or our kids. The street was extremely busy, but we otherwise enjoyed the access it provided to Franklin and Nashville.

The house was absolutely clean and fresh! Nice quiet spot to relax and recharge! Location is perfect for the quick trip into Nashville to Another Broken Egg, great place to eat if you never been! Leipers Fork as well as Frankin very short drive! Looking forward to returning!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. However, we did have a major issue. Our refrigerator smelled horrible of fish. It a new spotless refrigerator, but it reaking of fish. We tried to clean it. Also not enough towels for the bathroom or kitchen. All in all.

One word. Cozy. We came for the World Series in Fairview and all our friend chose a hotel. We knew that was the right place for us and began the hunt. We instantly fell in love with the kitchen and the location. We would come back again and again! Communication from the host was super super fast and they were so nice.

My little Group and I stayed at this amazing location for a girls weekend!! The entire process was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. The house was beautiful. The mattresses were comfortable. There is absolutely no complaints on my end. The little town resides in is so stinking cute that you almost need a whole day to explore that location. The view from the back patio were amazing. I love the patio lights on the back porch so we have a big light on, the kitchen was very comfortable for all of us to eat and snack !!! I can’t wait to go back!

We had a great stay. Property is spacious and very quiet. And there was an adorable family of Woodchucks living in the backyard that we had been watching through the windows. Will happily stay here again when visiting Franklin.

Family visit
We rented this property to attend a 40th birthday celebration in Franklin. Although we weren’t able to use the nice backyard area, the inside was roomy with a large gathering room/kitchen/dining area. Will consider this property again if we come back to Franklin.

Nicely situated, great back yard with fire pit and lots of seating, outside lighting. Very homey indoors with lots of space and well appointed kitchen. Owners were very responsive to any issues ( we stayed for a month). Close to so many places but surrounded by beautiful horse farms!

Overall the house was good. Loved the living room and kitchen, plenty of space, beds were comfortable. I think the maintenance need to be a little better. The door in the bathroom wouldn't stay closed; there seem to be an issue with the doorframe. It shifted when you closed the door; almost as if it wasn't connected. The walkway to the entrance need to be repaired; the concrete is crumbling and you could trip if you're not careful. Also, the shower curtain liner was dirty in the master bedroom and there was hair on the kitchen countertop and on the dresser in one of the bedrooms.

This home was spacious yet gave us a cozy vibe. From the comfortable beds, to the exceptionally well-appointed kitchen..we enjoyed the short time we stayed. It’s very conveniently located to visit so many local attractions..yet in a quiet area. The hosts were so thoughtful to leave many tips for places to go, everything we needed was easy to find and use. And they were responsive with communication. Clean and airy home.
