Great for what we used the hotel for! Convenient breakfast and coffee to get the day started! Would have preferred more towels or having room cleaned but it is what it is.

Did not like the parking only option was valet , did not even have pay to park at the hotel only valet was charged 70 and told only 40 , only continental breakfast provided was cereal and cold coffee and yogurt which was disappointing but hotel and rooms itself nice

Great Location & Stay

Great location near Acension St Thomas midtown, off West End. Also close to Vanderbilt university and shopping. Beautiful lobby area including a patio, plenty of sitting areas to hang out. The hotel and room was clean.

I was pleasantly surprised by The Hayes. This midtown hotel was in a quiet, safe area. We were in town for a concert and it was a short, easy drive to the arena. After the show (on a Monday night) the kitchens at the places on Broadway were closing up but right around the corner from the hotel we loaded up at ‘The Cookout’ which is open until 3am during the week. The next morning it was a short walk to the Midtown cafe for breakfast (highly recommend). We were able to park for free on the street in front of the apartments across the street from the Hotel. There are also a couple paid parking lots - one next door and one across the street. Or you can do Valet parking at the hotel. The hotel itself was quiet, had friendly and helpful staff, and it was very clean. The room was modern yet welcoming, and the bed was comfortable.

Evening check in staff was wonderful, but i cant remember her name. Parking is pricey, only have valet but Mohammed was great. Beds were decent. Rooms are a little dated if you look or it matters to you. Location for concert and downtown were perfect. Mexican restaurant next door should considered an amenity! Would stay again no problem.
