Property was very nice. Well maintained. Little things like, the bed pillows were super flat, not great quality. The sofa bed was not comfortable. Wonderful location, we enjoyed our visit.

Gorgeous property and room! We loved how spacious and bright the room was. There were so many amenities to use and breakfast was delicious. Probably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. However, the bathroom showers could have been cleaner. There was dirt in the corners of the shower. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we'll definitely book again here if we are in the area again!

We enjoyed our stay. Was nice that it was off the busy downtown area. Quite a few homeless near by under the overpass. $5 Lyft passes from the front desk made it really reasonable to travel downtown. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Would stay here again.

The description of property was not accurate. The pictures are not even close to what it looks like. We paid for a sofa bed. What we got was a couch bed with no mattresses. Staff said we can give you extra blankets to help. There was mold in the shower. It states it’s a close walk to Broadway but the part where visitors want to go you have to walk through homelessness and the walk is about 30 minutes to the strip. I would not stay here again.

Very clean property with excellent service. The breakfast was just OK. On checkout day, it took 30 minutes to get out car from the valet because there wasn’t enough people working.

Loved everything about this hotel. It was cery clean. The rooms were large and comfortable. It was an easy lyft into the city. Parking is additional and a little high but it was worth it.

The staff and service were excellent. The location is not ideal - too close to overpass, isolated, unsafe area, high speed traffic on the street directly in front of hotel — making entering and exiting the hotel on foot or by car dangerous. The most egregious issue is the $40 per day valet parking fee! Given that street parking is not an option and there is no safe public transportation options close by, guests have no choice but to pay the exorbitantly high valet fee, essentially adding $40 to your daily accommodations expense.
