NEIGHBORHOOD:
East Nashville is a trendy and hip area of town that has recently become one of Nashville’s most-desired areas to stay and play. With coffee shops, bars, breweries, and fast food all within walking distance, our area of town is very active with native Nashvillians and tourists alike. Singers and songwriters love this area of town for the dive bars and creative scene – be sure to introduce yourself when you see someone you recognize! The Trinity Lane corridor is quickly developing to include some of Nashville’s newest hot spots.

• 2 car garage for two standard-size vehicles. (7ft high x 16ft wide x 16.5ft deep) Additional parking is available in paid parking spaces during the day. HOWEVER - Overnight parking (12 am-5 am) outside the garage will result in booting and fines.

• Automated keyless entry
• Guests have 24/7 access to the entire property via the garage door keypads. Keypad codes will be sent to the guest before check-in.

• This home comes with a custom digital guidebook that provides hundreds of dollars in savings from other local businesses!
• We have noise monitoring technology installed inside the home. Please note the technology does not record audio of any kind, it only alerts us when noise levels are unusually high. We take respect for our home and our neighbors and our community very seriously.

Great location
Great location if you want to be close to Broadway activities but not surrounded by them. The house was set up well for two couples and a single. There were a couple of things that made the place look a little rundown (the rugs were stained and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint) - the property manager said they’d take a look at the rugs.

Great location for us to stay. It was minutes away from most of the things we planned. We did have some issues with the code locks not taking the code all the time. Also the ac unit for the main area(kitchen living room and dining room) was not working properly

Great little quiet condo neighborhood to stay in. Beer and coffee shop right next door. A few small bars within walking distance and many spots with a short uber without having to go into downtown. Ho arsupegcommunication

The house overall was very cute. But the couple complaints I have are the bathroom shower upstairs was covered in mold. So bad to the point we didn’t even use the shower. Also, the thermostat on the main floor didn’t work so that floor was very warm. The upstairs thermostat worked very well though.

Convenient and clean place to stay
The condo was a great location for us. Good room setup for family with two kids. Check in was the only minor issue we had as the door lock/code was a little finicky, but we made do just fine and management was very helpful.

Great location in East Nashville, so close to Downtown.
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. There are wonderful welcome touches and the communication with the rental agents was fantastic. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the unit has everything you need to have a meal in the unit. The location is so close to everything and there are several coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would say my only complaint was that the 3rd floor shower did have quite a bit of mold growing in it. Other than that I would absolutely recommend this property.

Comfortable Nashville spot
In Nashville for several days- parked our vehicle in the basement level garage which was great. We chose to Uber everywhere and not worry about downtown parking. The townhouse is comfortablely furnished and equipped. Lots of stairs, so if mobility is an issue, this likely would not be a good fit. As for cleanliness of the place: generally very clean. The walls were quite marked up (likely from suitcases) and some dirty hands. Shower floor tiles could use a good cleaning. Check in process was a breeze and communication with the rental agency was very good. We’d recommend this 3bdroom townhouse

Worked well for the six of us. Appreciated the extra amenities like soap, shampoo, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels! One of the bedrooms is ground level with the closest bathroom up a flight of steps.

Good overall.
Bathroom door in upstairs bedroom to the right would not stay closed. There is also a drainage problem with the sink in the same bathroom. The bed closest to the door in the same bedroom squeak. Aside from these issues with this bedroom everything was fine.

It is a tri-level townhouse. 2 bedrooms on the top floor. One off the garage. Make sure to pack light. Carrying the bags to the top floor was interesting. We enjoyed our stay regardless. It was quiet and made for a good home base.

Modern and comfortable accommodations
Enjoyed the condo, we (5 adults) found it spacious, modern and with great amenities. Convenient location in an up-and-coming neighborhood, downtown and Five Points were easily accessible with a car or Uber. The unit was clean and maintained, more care than I've seen in other VRBO's I've rented. One drawback was the room on the first floor is down a long flight of stairs with nothing else on that floor, long walk up a flight of stairs to the bathroom. A positive about that room is it is very quiet for sleeping. Overall, very satisfied with this unit and the service provided. Our door code did not work when we arrived, and I called, and it was fixed instantly with no issues. Definity would recommend and re-book with them.

Clean, spacious, no worries in Nashville!
From start to finish, I believe this was the easiest rental I've done, and it was for a large group of different ages. Everything was found as advertised in the description. The place was super clean and comfortable for 9 of us. All of the details were communicated beautifully and the owner's response was quick when we had a question during our stay. Wish we didn't have to pay overnight for parking a 3rd car in the public lot (the property has a 2-car garage) but we had to have 3 cars. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
