Enjoyed the water park, restaurant, grab and go coffee shop, decor, balcony and ocean view, location to Downtown, friendly staff! Couple of things I disliked…room had a smell(not sure if it was cleaner) had to keep balcony door open when in room, only one muskoka chair on balcony (two would be nice) and beach was very crowded when cruise ships were docked.

This property was gorgeous and the staff is just outstanding. They can get you a taxi or suggest great local places to go. We walked to local restaurants that are less than a mile away. Be sure you try Goldie's Conch House while you are here.

The hotel is located by Junkanoo beach which has a lot of small food and drink establishments which is a plus. The hotel its self has some restaurants but a lot of them close early it appears everything shutdowns at 10:00pm. So its best to grab some food for later if you need to eat after 10:00pm. The bartenders are exceptional especially Zeno on the main level as well as the entertainment , While there we experience water issues which affected the entire hotel. There was calcium coming out the sinks and in the toilets. management tried there best to manage the situation and actually compensated me a day. The hot tub needed to be warmer especially with December being winter season . The hotel is centrally located so you can walk to the down town area and to the fish fry. Overall not bad

friendly staff are all around, plenty of facilities to hang around, several bars open until midnight, felt so secure at night while 2 bellman and 1 security guarded the front entrance, special thanks to the night shift receptionist who endeavored to help us finding our desire restaurant, really appreciated and we will come back definitely.

The view was great. Conch fritters were terrific. Bed was comfortable. Staff was adequate. Beach was okay. But there was music playing ALL DAY LONG. And loud at night. The shower was very poor. The balcony only had one chair. When I asked at the front desk if they could put in another one, they said that they couldn't because of some construction rule. Like maybe it would cause the balcony to fall down?

Location is great. Ocean facing. Property has ball room. So if there is party in there then it would be loud noise in your room until 6th floor. It’s really loud and you can’t sleep. Overall good.
