Our light and spacious apartment, set over 2 floors, is situated in a private gated community just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Burriana Beach. Burriana is the most popular beach of Nerja famed for its many bars, shops, restaurants and beach side chiringuitos as well a wide selection of water sport activities

The apartment has a large living/dining room with a comfortable seating area & an extending dining table.There is a large flat screen tv showing BBC1,2,3,4 ITV 1,2,3,4 Channels 4 & 5 & also Spanish channels. This leads via patio doors on to a south facing sun filled terrace with a table and chairs perfect for enjoying breakfast or a well deserved glass of wine.
The apartment has the benefit of Wi-Fi & air conditioning throughout.
The well equipped kitchen has marble surfaces, a built in cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine & microwave. On this floor there is a new second bathroom, which features a walk in rain shower and sink with vanity unit.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, plenty of storage and doors out to a lovely Juliet balcony. The second bedroom has full size twin beds & fitted wardrobes.
The recently re-fitted first floor bathroom also has a walk in rain shower, sink with vanity unit and heated towel rail.
The apartment has an allocated private underground parking space, a large beautifully maintained garden area and most importantly, use of the shared swimming pool.

Absolutely perfect, great find
First time at this property and it didn't disappoint. The apartment was in a great location in close proximity to Burriana Beach with several good restaurants, and supermarkets walking distance. Nerja Centre a scenic walk (around 25 minutes) from the apartment. The apartment, its literally home from home with everything you need. The apartment has underground parking, which is a bonus. Communication with the host was great both before and during out visit. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment. Thank you Gill we had a wonderful time.

Fantastic!
Clean , roomy, everything you need, great hosts , sorted a problem within 15 mins when our teens locked us out of the property! Location fab , 5 mins to beach but set back far enough to be away from busy area. 10-15 mins walk to old town passing restaurants and you can walk along an elevated path against sea front or go through the streets. Supermarket 8 mins walk uphill. Highly recommend.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment in a lovely gated complex with pool. Situation was perfect, easy walk to beach which offered restaurants and shops. Approximately 15 minute walk into the beautiful town of Nerja.

Great apartment
Lovely apartment, very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, towells etc. Nice balcony and good air con. A 5 minute walk down to the beach, restaurants and bars, a 9 minute drive into the centre of Nerja, 20 minute walk back mostly downhill. Parking is useful to have, but would suggest a small car as the car park is a bit tight - but we found it very handy to have.

My daughters and I enjoyed an amazing holiday staying at Gillian's apartment. It truly is a home away from home. The apartment itself was just perfect for us in terms of cleanliness, facilities and location. It is exceptionally well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. The communication with both the hosts and the letting agent was excellent from the initial enquiry stage and after booking. Nothing was any trouble. We will definitely rebook in the near future. Perfect location
Great 2 bedroom apartment with 2 nice bathrooms. Location cannot be better, close to Burriana Beach, Balcony de Europe, supermarkets and buses. The unit is spotless and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped especially for longer stays as we stayed for six weeks. The small balcony is a real sun trap and we enjoyed many meals outside. Finally, the owner and John of the management company were incredibly helpful and even arranged for a taxi to the airport. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in Nerja.

Great apartment and very enjoyable holiday
Great apartment in a very convenient location. Only 10 min walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, fully furnished and equipped in everything that you may need during your stay. There were complimentary beers, a bottle of wine and water in the fridge, which was a very nice gesture from the owner. The only issue we had was the unclear directions. We spent over an hour driving and walking around the area trying to find the right place. The estate is not signposted very well and finding it on the first day was a bit difficult. Despite that it is a lovely apartment and we would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Nerja and surrounding areas.

Our second trip to Nerja and first using this facility Our host was incredibly helpful in planning our visit, and provided some great tips and recommendations when there Location of the apartment is brilliant, well placed for beach, Nerja town and supermarket Apartment was clean and well planned, great for a family of 4. Location great, 5 mins walk to beach and 15 minute walk to town. Very clean and well looked after apartment. Very well equiped. Really appreciated the welcome pack and the tea/coffee etc. Underground parking a bonus too (parking a nightmare everywhere on this coast). The manager John very responsive, helped us out twice (thanks!)

Perfect apt and location for us. Apt is 4 min walk to Burriana beach and 10 / 15 mins into Nerja town. It’s uphill but tbh if you can’t cope with hills Nerja prob isn’t for you as it’s built on a hillside. Great water sports on Burriana beach.

The apartment is Fantastic and the photos on Vrbo do not do the place justice. We're here with a wedding party who have rented a dozen apartments across Nerja and after visiting them ours is by far the best. We will definitely return in the future

Fantastic Trip!!!
We had a fantastic trip to Nerja, made even better by the apartment! Location was fantastic, apartment was clean & well equipped & the grounds were lovely, we even braved the pool!!! The only downside was that we were only there for 5 days as could’ve easily stayed longer! Booked very last minute but everything we needed was there for us! Hope to visit again x

Great location. Close to good supermarket and close to a beautiful beach. The gated complex was lovely. The well equipped two level unit, was adequate for two people. However anyone with mobility issues might be concerned with having to climb 20 exterior stairs to the front door. This is a lovely property, in a clean and quiet urbanisation. As stated it is near the beach and not far from 2 large supermarkets. The facilities in the apartment were excellent and additional bed on the landing was useful for our teenagers to have some space.

Couldn’t be happier, property was as exactly as advertised. Spacious, super clean with everything you could ask for. Lovely area only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Simply perfect in every way!
This is the second time we have stayed and it is to the extremely high standards as we have come to expect. Perfect location, layout and amenities. Excellent location - 5 minutes walk to the beach, it is quite hilly so a short taxi ride to the town was our choice but getting a cab was always quick and easy costing about 7 euros. Kitchen was well equiped and the apartment was very clean. Really good communication prior to arrival. Would definitely book again if returning to Nerja.

We had an amazing stay in Gill's apartment. We were travelling for a wedding and had lots of friends and family staying in other apartments - everyone was very jealous of Gill's and said how beautiful it was!
