Unit Layout
You will have a 4-room terraced house that spans 110 square meters across two levels, designed with bright and cozy furnishings. The living/sleeping room features a sliding door, panoramic window, a Scandinavian wood stove, and a dining table. It also provides access to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate WC on the main floor. Upstairs, you'll find a large double bedroom with a panoramic window and access to the balcony. Another double bedroom comes with satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen). The third room is a small one without a wardrobe, but it has a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). The upper floor also houses a bathroom with a shower, separate WC, double hand-basin, and a hydro massage bathtub. The floors are made of parquet throughout the property.
