Dream Gruene 1st Class Condos are situated riverfront on the mighty Guadalupe River @ Gruene Rapids, a getaway where you can walk to & enjoy the fruits of Gruene TEXAS, Gruene Hall and its historic surroundings. Our eco-friendly, low impact condo-plex utilizes minimal footprint on a sprawling green escape of 2.5 acre grounds. Bbq & fire pits, smoker, picnic tables, paddle ball, horseshoes, corn hole, 2 Stand Up Paddleboards!, Tubes, & River Chairs available for your use!
Unit #101 & 102 are 2 side by side condos with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths each, on the FIRST/GROUND floor. Exit right off your private shaded outdoor balcony onto park like grounds out to river! No steep hills to climb as homes on other side of river have. Total of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 pair of washer & dryers, all split separately in 2 side by side condos. We are friends with other neighboring units if you need to add on another condo for more room.
Variety of flora & fauna & animal sightings abound. Dine on our 2 outdoor private decks then retreat to an evening gathering, gazing up to a starry night with the Gruene Water Tower in background & reflect on the day while savoring nostalgic smore’s. Retire the night, not in a sleeping bag with a tree root in your back!, but in a plush memory foam bed under 1000 thread count linens.
Wake up to a fresh coffee... Immerse in the condo’s whimsical bohemian aesthetic with inspiration from the artist and music scene of central Texas. Enjoy time well spent in nature but close enough to walk to the town of Gruene for some town & country life.

• LARGE 2.5 acre land area fronting river with rapids AND calm waters for swimming, beautiful trees & plenty of rocks to sit & relax or jump from. Pls take the time to walk towards the very right side of the property, you'll see a rusty pipe fence, there is a trail that leads you to rapids nirvana. Bring drinks and chill out, literally!

Beautiful condo's stayed in two units. Clean, well equipped. Manager allowed late check out in one unit. Wonderful surroundings. Close walk to river, used firepit. Deer everywhere. Loved our stay. Would absolutely stay there again. Plan too this summer to utilize the river. Easy access to Gruene! Great Host! Thank you!!

Wurstfest
We were a group of 13 that stayed here for wurstfest. It was absolutely perfect and the beds were extremely comfortable. It’s a quick walk to Gruene and we were able to find a shuttle to wurst fest right near the house. Great area and condos!

Jack and Jill 93rd Birthday celebration
We celebrated our Mom’s and her brothers 93rd birthday. Mark was a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions or help we needed. The location was perfect as it is very close to Gruene Village shops. While we didn’t go to the river because of the cold weather I can say it is right out the back door of the condo and will be perfect for anyone wanting to go in the river. Thanks again Mark for a wonderful time at your condo!

I could go on and on about this place!! The accommodations were exceptional, just as advertised. If it wasn’t for the groceries in the cabinets we would’ve sworn we were the first guest. The kids enjoyed the paddle boarding, there was a fishing rod, horse shoe, just awesome. It was a splurge for my family but we are anticipating doing it again next year. Just Do it!!

Fabulous accommodations for our family of 14. Property was very nice with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Access to the river for leisure enjoyment was perfect. Mark was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Wonderful location and amenities
We loved this gated river access property! It is within walking distance to Gruene, but in the summer it’s easier (and cooler!!) to drive! Across the street is Rockin’ R Tubes! The kids bedrooms has double bunk beds which we didn’t know when we booked, but our kids loved it! The condos are plenty big enough for everyone to gather together or to have their own space. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Location and Property
Our family stayed in July and the property was excellent. The location was very close to Gruene and within a few hundred yards of the river. The condos had everything you would need and no detail was unattended to. The manager thought through every room and it made our stay simple and comfortable. Throughout the stay, the manager made sure we were happy. We would love to stay again.

We were the first group to rent the Dream Gruene. It was awesome, the place was clean and everything was new. It is first class with top of the line kitchen appliances and great furniture. We go to Gruene every year and I think we have found our spot to stay every year. I would give this place 6 stars if it was possible!

Family vacation in brand new condos
Our family spent 3 nights in both condos for the 4th of July holiday. The condos are brand new and have all that you need, including tubes. They also have brand new area with barbecue pits and seating areas. They are in great proximity to Rockin R and to restaurants, entertainment and shopping in Gruene. Lots to do close by! The owners communicated very well.

What can I say, this place is amazing! We rented these two cool condos and had a great experience, actually wish I was back there right now. Located right in the heart of Gruene on the river and beautifully appointed! I will recommend this to everyone. Dream Gruene keep up the excellent work!
