This adorable and quaint fully furnished 3- bedroom 1-bathroom home sits directly across the street from Schlitterbahn Water Park, ¾ mile to Downtown New Braunfels, 2 blocks to Comal River, 2 miles to Guadalupe River, only 1 ½ miles to Historic Gruene Hall, and 20 minutes to Canyon Lake. This home is considered an ideal vacation spot due to its proximity to shopping, water parks, rivers, and lakes. This cozy home is the perfect get away spot!

The space

This quaint house is the perfect home away from home, for family and friends to gather for fun and relaxation! The spacious, fully functioning kitchen allows you stay in and cook, or simply gather around the spacious bar and enjoy some delicious cocktails! The bar is even equipped with its own wine fridge to store your extra drinks.
Our inviting living space is equipped with two comfy couches and a large 72" flat screen tv; the perfect way to unwind after a long day of fun.

Our freshly remodeled bathroom has an oversized counter space along with a large walk-in shower. End your busy day with a glass of wine, while you soak in bubble bath in our deep, spacious bathtub.
Plenty of place to lay your head at night! Haus has 3 bedrooms with king size, queen, and bunk bed with pull out twin, for the kiddos.

Guest access

Guest can access all of property with the exception of storage in the back of house.

Cozy lighting will be added to fire pit area soon!
The restaurant choices are endless and close by within walking distance/downtown NB!
I also have a welcome book with all the necessary info you might need during your stay.

Perfect stay for New Braunfels trip
This house is perfect for a New Braunfels vacation! Our family of 5 has stayed here comfortably for 2 years now. The house is clean, well decorated, kitchen well stocked and great location for Schlitterbahn, tubing and restaurants. Communication was great with Jay and we look forward to staying here again for our annual trip to Schlitterbahn.

New Braunfels Home
The location of this home is perfect. It was a 3 minute walk to the water park each day, such a convenient location. There are 3 rooms that are separated to give the guests space and the outside area is accommodating for fires, s'mores, and area for the kids to run around. I was a little worried about having only one bathroom but it worked out for us. We will definitely book this home again. The property manager allowed us early check in and was available throughout the stay.

Father’s Day Weekend At Schlitterbahn
Cute house close to Gruene and the water park. The location was perfect. Right across the street from the old part of Schlitterbahn which has all our favorite rides :) Just one small negative was that most of the dishes we pulled out were still dirty. Otherwise, great stay and would definitely rent again.

Awesome Location
Great place to stay, especially if floating the comal or visiting schlitterbahn! We were there in off season but even our Uber to Gruene was less than 10 bucks for an UberXL.

Beautiful cottage snd great location
We had the most wonderful 1 night stay at this beautiful cottage just minutes from Schlitterbaun. The cottage has all the basic cooking equipment to mske breakfast, a washer and dryer, beautiful bathroom, and very comfortable beds! Jay was pleasant and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely stay here again and strongly recommend this property.

Amazing Location
Literally 50 yards from the entrance to Schlitterbahn. Absolutely perfect location. Beds were comfortable, AC worked flawlessly in the Texas Heat. Shower and tub was nice. No complaints, this is a true gem. My teenage sons are already talking about returning next year.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect! We spent one day at the Schlitterbahn & one day tubing the Comal and shopping in Gruene! The house was perfect! The home itself was lovely and tidy. The location was ideal and just minutes away from great shopping hubs. The kids loved the bunk beds and fire pit for some nightly s’mores. Overall we had a great experience and the host was always so pleasant and willing to help!

The best place to stay before your wedding day!
This place is such an amazing place to relax and enjoy a last night with your bridal party 🥰 The Owner was so sweet to let my bridal party and I stay till after check out to finish getting ready on my BIG DAY. My wedding Venue didn’t let us check in till 1pm so I needed a place to stay the night before and stay longer than check out day of. I HIGHLY recommend this house! It’s cute and so beautifully decorated and spacious. Everything was so clean and just perfect to relax the night before my wedding. Great stay near downtown New Braunfels/Wurstfest!
A group of us (3 couples) rented Jay's property to stay a night in New Braunfels. We enjoyed the Downtown restaurants and establishments, as well as Wurstfest. His house was an easy Uber ride, or even walk, to many of the nearby attractions. The house itself was a great setup for our group and we really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit/ring. The kitchen was nicely equipped, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nicely updated. Our only negative thought the entire trip was "why didn't we plan to stay additional nights?!" We'll definitely try to return to New Braunfels again sometime soon.

Cute house in a great location
I stayed here with my husband, 3 kids(15,6,3) and our tiny dog. We walked about 10 minutes to the river for tubing and across the street to Schlitterbahn. The property is in a great location. HEB is 7 minutes away, a lot of great restaurants within 10 minutes, and multiple comal parks within 2-10 minutes. The house was very comfortable with enough room for us all. The AC is cold and all appliances were in working order. It was a nice and convenient stay. We would definitely stay here again. Also, the host Jay, gave us his cell number and was easily reachable.
