This luxurious and modern riverfront condo is right across the street from Schlitterbahn Waterpark and nestled within cypress trees right on the Comal River. The property boasts hundreds of feet of riverfront access, a community pool and hot tub, outdoor grills, and stunning waterfront views of the Comal River! This condo is ideal for families and small groups of up to six people looking for fun in the sun!

Plop a tube right in the river from the backyard or go swimming and fishing. Use the place as a “home base” while you soak and float at the nearby Schlitterbahn Waterpark (right across the street) and go two-step at Gruene Hall -- Texas’ oldest dance hall (about 2-3 miles away). The property features a Cozi and luxurious vibe, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wood floors, a private outdoor patio with stunning river views, two bedrooms with their own private bath, and where one bedroom has a breathtaking view of the river, and then the other has spectacular views of the Schlitterbahn Water Park.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. The property was amazing! The condo was very clean and offered everything we needed! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and appliances! Beds were wonderful and comfortable! Morning coffee on the patio was everything we were hoping for! So peaceful and beautiful! Check in and out was so easy and very convenient! Everyone had a great time!!

Enjoyed our time at Camp Warnecke! This was the first time we had a ground level condo there, plenty of deer, ducks and hummingbirds to feed. Short walk to the river, very convenient. The condo had everything we needed.

Great Place
Beautiful, well decorated condo. Great place and highly recommend but there are a few things that would make it perfect. I was disappointed one of the bedrooms didn’t have a TV. If you have a group and plan on cooking you might want to bring your own skillet and pot. They had some, but could us a few more. Do not, I repeat do not forget to put your parking sticker on your mirror. We arrived kind of late and forgot to put ours on the mirror. Car got towed, had to go to a pretty shady place to get it and cost $290.00. Walking distance to Schlitterbaun. Short driving distance to restaurants and other attractions. We would stay there again.

Great condo in great, central location
I was born and raised in New Braunfels, and stayed in the condo with my daughters and in-laws over Spring Break. It was very clean and well stocked. We loved the location and enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub during our stay. We had a minor issue with a toilet leaking, and the rental company was very quick to respond and send someone to fix it that day. We would gladly stay here again!

We had an overall great experience in Condo C111! Kitchen is well stocked with almost any cooking equipment you could need. Condo was very clean. The check in process was seamless and the property management group was easy to get in contact with for any questions we had prior to our arrival. We will definitely be coming back.

Great 'ish' River Condo
Overall property was in good condition with a beautiful outdoor patio area, a view of the river with swim access, deer feeding next to your patio and a close walk to the water park -which was great for our three teens. A few annoying maintenance issues that we did not expect with a rental in this cost category including broken light switches and lamps not working in two guest bedrooms, master bedroom sliding glass door off track (maintenance repaired the same day as we called due to door not securely locking), and outdated furniture with drawers that would not pull out in the master bedroom. The kitchen was awesomely stocked, and the bathrooms were clean and had good showerheads....super comfortable beds and linens....loved the washer and dryer. Not so great features: We had very noisy neighbors playing loud radios, stomping upstairs (we were on the ground floor), and pot-smoking all around us including us asking our immediate next-door partying-hard neighbors to turn their radio down on the last night we were there and they flatly refused. Overall If you want a decent condo with an outdoor party scene this is your condo! if you do not want to be disturbed by your neighbor's partying outside your back door rent something else.
