Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Birthday/River Weekend
Stayed at the Village condo for my birthday weekend and floated the river. The location was perfect for Gruene and walking to float the river. Plenty of cute restaurants, coffee shop, store, and live music within walking distance to the condo. Also can walk to rockin r tubes to float the river. Highly recommend staying at this vrbo with some friends or family and fits 8 people comfortably. Kitchen has necessary items in order to cook and clean up afterwards!!

We had a great time. The only issues we had were the beds being uncomfortable and very loud! You couldn’t roll over without the whole apartment hearing. Also, the tub needs some grippers at the bottom. Very very slippery!!!! But other than that, location was perfect, pool was amazing and overall a great place to stay.

Great Stay!
Great experience in the heart of Gruene. Shops and restaurants were steps away. River access from a path outside of the condo. Path not recommended for littles or those with trouble walking. Clean condo and cute!

Great location!
We have stayed in the complex many times before. This unit was just ok. Not very clean, the beds are VERY squeaky and cheap and uncomfortable. Management might want to check on rails on balcony-several are broken or close to it. Also, when I plugged in my charger in several outlets, the outlet sparked. Like the complex and will be back as we love that it has access to the river.
