THE SPACE
Enjoy 2 levels of thoughtfully designed space that provide plenty of room to gather, entertain, and relax. The upper level of Coastal Escape features a dramatic two-story great room with a fireplace that seamlessly opens to the kitchen and dining area. These spaces have spectacular views and lead to a large screened porch and wraparound deck overlooking the lake. The pool and permanent hot tub at this home are open seasonally during the warmer months only. Please contact us for exact dates, as they change on an annual basis. The second hot tub under the top deck overhang is open year-round.
To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
For guests who would like to bring pets, we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome a maximum of one (1) dog under 50 lbs here. All pets must be authorized at the time of booking—email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring your dog.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
