One bedroom has a queen sized bed and a cozy reading nook with views of the lake. The second guest room has 4 twins (2 regular and 2 pullout). The basement level offers direct access to outside with a mud room, powder room and plenty of space for kids to play. The home sleeps 8 comfortably and allows you and your family to spread out across the home which is over 3000 sq. ft. There is strong internet access throughout the house. There is a large TV in the living room, a TV in the basement as well as one in the 2nd guest room.

The property has a dock, a swim dock and 100' of waterfront with gradual slope into the lake. There's a fire pit for enjoying time with the family making s'mores and memories. With very few motorboats on the lake, it is a serene location perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing or just sitting by the fire listening to nature and checking out the stars. In the winter, you can ice fish (license required) and when the ice is clear and thick, skate across the lake!

Most of the opposite side of the lake is undeveloped, providing beautiful views. There is a town boat launch adjacent to the property. So bring your own boat (up to 20') and you can dock it right on the property. Jetskis are not permitted on the lake.

Only a 10 minute drive to Wolfeboro, you can enjoy the quaint New England town (America's Oldest Summer Resort) and all it has to offer including exceptional restaurants, ice cream, concerts by the lake, fireworks, adorable shops, museums and access to Lake Winnipesaukee.
